中国A股三大指数25日（周二）收盘涨跌互见，知情人士透露，美国政府计划在川普总统与中国国家主席习近平下月会晤前，以中国制造业产能过剩为由，对中国商品加征7.5%关税。

上证指数25日收报3,889.45点，涨0.19%。深证成指收报13,745.87点，跌0.35%。创业板指收报3,397.52点，跌1.00%。
据《彭博》24日报导，消息人士表示，美国政府计划在川普与习近平下月会晤前，以中国制造业产能过剩为由，对中国商品加征7.5%关税，使川普第二任期内对中国新增关税税率恢复至约20%。
这项关税还将叠加于川普第一任期实施、并由拜登政府延续的其他对中关税之上。北京先前表示，新增关税不超过20%，符合美中达成的贸易休战协议。
目前确切税率尚未定案，川普也经常在发布贸易政策前提出临时要求或修改内容。
知情人士说，美方考虑先宣布更高税率，再暂停实施其中一部分，使实际生效税率降至7.5%，但暂停哪些税率及期限多长仍在协商。
美中同时讨论延长为期一年的贸易休战协议。这项协议将于11月10日到期，双方希望避免在「川习会」前让贸易冲突进一步升级。
