记忆体变「金条」！DDR5年涨400%–500% 128GB已飙至历史最低的十倍

不用盯盘也能感受到这波记忆体涨价潮，因PC、笔电、SSD标价集体跳涨，早已把成本转嫁到消费端。最新数据显示，DDR5 均价较一年前暴冲400%–500%，容量越大涨越凶，128GB DDR5套件现价已是历史低点的十倍。
美国科技媒体《Tom's Hardware》报导，为压低装机预算，部分用户回头抱LGA1700、AM4等支援DDR4的旧平台，盼DDR4 价格撑住，但DDR4也难独善其身，均价较一年前涨约150%–200%，NAND颗粒同步翻倍，SSD价格同样以倍数上扬，整机装机成本远高于去年同期。
涨价底层逻辑在供给被AI抽走，SK 海力士、三星、美光、长鑫过去一年收入翻2–3倍甚至更多，产能优先给AI资料中心与 HBM，消费级DRAM与NAND配货被压缩。
SK海力士执行长郭鲁正此前直言指出，今年还不算最坏，2027年才是最糟，因产能远不及需求，新增产能有限，这一态势可能拖到2030年甚至更久。
这意味着消费端高价记忆体将成中期常态。除非AI资本开支明显降速或泡沫破裂，否则记忆体价格短期难见大幅回档，PC玩家、中小品牌与白牌组装厂都得在「高成本库存＋终端不敢涨死需求」的夹缝中续命。
对厂商而言，这已不是景气循环问题，而是产品线生死布局，谁能绑到HBM或企业级供给、谁就被挤出消费市场。
