川习会前释缓和讯号？美国传延后公布「产能过剩关税」

《彭博》周五 (18日) 报导，据知情人士透露，美国政府预计延后公布针对贸易伙伴产能过剩问题的新关税措施，至少要等到美国总统川普与中国国家主席习近平下周举行峰会后才会宣布。目前尚不清楚延后公布的原因。先前报导，川普政府原定在美中领袖峰会前发布产能过剩贸易调查报告，并建议对中国商品加征 7.5% 关税。若依原定税率实施，川普第二任期对中国商品加征的关税水准将恢复至约 20%。北京先前表示，约 20% 的关税水准符合美中贸易休战安排。不过，目前仍不确定最终税率是否会维持原先规划的 7.5%。
