外媒最新报导指出，苹果正评估进军企业级AI伺服器市场，打算以自研M系列Ultra晶片为核心，搭配辉达网络设备，面向AI开发者、企业与政府客户销售本地推理整机，产品最快2029年面世，但仍可能取消，也不排除最终不用辉达方案。美国科技媒体《The Information》引述知情人士报导，苹果AI伺服器方案分为两档：低配整合两颗尚未发布的M8 Ultra，高配四颗M8 Ultra组成运算集群；多晶片互联正与辉达洽谈采用NVLink Fusion，包含交换器、晶粒与配套软体，以解决机架内高速协同。
