最新消息传出，三星在客制化HBM将采双轨策略，依客户需求提供自厂或台积电基础裸片(Base Die)，若选台积电，由记忆体业务负责设计，已有客户采「台积电Base Bie＋三星DRAM」方案，显示其不再坚持一体化供货，改以提高供应链弹性接单。高频宽记忆体(HBM)架构正出现关键转折，过往基础裸片(Base Die)多用DRAM制程，自HBM4起逐步改由逻辑代工生产，以解决AI高速运算下的散热、讯号延迟与能效问题，客制化HBM更可把记忆体控制器等功能下移到底层，使得「记忆体堆叠」更接近运算系统。
