〈纽约汇市〉美元小幅波动市场聚焦央行会议

美元周三(9日)变动不大，市场焦点持续落在近期大幅走强的日元。外汇市场参与者正为关键的时刻做准备，欧洲央行(ECB)本周将公布利率决议，联准会(Fed)与日本银行(BoJ)将于下周公布决策。

美国公债市场同样受关注，财政部公布备受期待的公债回购操作更新后，规模令投资人失望。

纽约尾盘，追踪美元兑六种主要货币的美元指数(DXY)上涨0.1%，报98.83。

美国财政部宣布将回购60亿美元、到期年限10年至20年的美国公债，高于先前的20亿美元，消息公布后市场抛售美债，美国公债殖利率大幅上升。

美国财政部上月曾表示，将把公债回购规模提高至至少40亿美元，但媒体报导此前市场预期规模至少会达到100亿美元。

美国10年期公债殖利率上升3.5个基点至4.839%。在财政部公布消息前，殖利率仅上升1.2个基点至4.816%。对利率更加敏感的美国2年期公债殖利率则上升2.7个基点至4.425%。

财政部的回购行动原本被视为一项意外的干预措施，目的是限制美国公债殖利率持续飙升的走势，而美债近期一直遭遇大规模抛售。

此次美债抛售受到多重因素推动，包括油价飙升引发的通膨疑虑、企业为支应人工智慧基础建设而大举发债所带来的市场担忧，以及对美国国债规模持续膨胀的疑虑。

布鲁金斯研究院经济研究资深研究员Robin Brooks表示，「试图透过公债回购等方式，人为压低长期殖利率的问题在于，如果市场认为回购规模太小，殖利率反而会跳升。这显示市场底层的上行压力非常强劲。」

目前市场正密切等待周四公布的8月生产者物价指数(PPI)及周五公布的消费者物价指数(CPI)，以寻找进一步的利率线索。如果通膨数据高于预期，可能使市场对联准会下周升息的预期明显升温。

日元持续徘徊逾七个月高点

日元已成为主要货币中表现最亮眼货币，光是9月以来就上涨4%。本月初开始的强劲涨势，周二一度推动日元升至152.89兑1美元的高点。周三日元延续升势，美元兑日元下跌0.2%，至153.63。

日元受到日本银行政策收紧预期及市场广泛猜测日本政府可能再次干预汇市等因素支撑。金融市场几乎已确定日本银行将于9月18日升息25个基点，交易员也认为，日本银行总裁植田和男(Kazuo Ueda)可能暗示年底前还会进一步推动货币政策正常化。

LPL Financial技术策略师Adam Turnquist周二表示，「日元的涨势反映出基本面与技术面真正发生转变，日银正进一步走向政策正常化，同时突破原有趋势。投资人应密切关注152这个关键价位，若日元明确突破该支撑并进一步升值，可能加速日元涨势、迫使更多空头回补，并重新引发日元套利交易平仓的风险，进而对包括美国公债在内的全球资产产生连锁影响。」

本周稍早公布的官方数据显示，日本8月外国证券持有量创纪录减少878亿美元。外汇存底的大幅下降，直接为东京规模达15兆日元(976.7亿美元)的汇市干预行动提供资金，其中部分行动是与美国同步进行。

其他货币方面，欧元兑美元上涨0.1%，至1.1629美元。

欧洲央行几乎已被市场一致预期，周四将升息25个基点。

德意志银行Jim Reid表示，「市场确实可以讨论，在供给冲击之下，欧洲央行是否应该继续升息……但市场显然认为，央行的政策反应函数与能源价格高度相关，近期油价与天然气价格上涨，使市场对最终利率的定价达到3%。」

他补充，「因此，明天升息基本上已经确定，但接下来的情况就会变得更加复杂。如果能源价格维持在目前水准，经济成长应该会受到影响，但到目前为止，实际影响远没有市场原先预期的那么大，因此欧洲央行面临的高度不确定性必须受到重视。」

auto;display:block;\">\n\n\n美国公债市场同样受关注，财政部公布备受期待的公债回购操作更新后，规模令投资人失望。\n\n纽约尾盘，追踪美元兑六种主要货币的美元指数(DXY)上涨0.1%，报98.83。\n\n美国财政部宣布将回购60亿美元、到期年限10年至20年的美国公债，高于先前的20亿美元，消息公布后市场抛售美债，美国公债殖利率大幅上升。\n\n美国财政部上月曾表示，将把公债回购规模提高至至少40亿美元，但媒体报导此前市场预期规模至少会达到100亿美元。\n\n美国10年期公债殖利率上升3.5个基点至4.839%。在财政部公布消息前，殖利率仅上升1.2个基点至4.816%。对利率更加敏感的美国2年期公债殖利率则上升2.7个基点至4.425%。\n\n财政部的回购行动原本被视为一项意外的干预措施，目的是限制美国公债殖利率持续飙升的走势，而美债近期一直遭遇大规模抛售。\n\n此次美债抛售受到多重因素推动，包括油价飙升引发的通膨疑虑、企业为支应人工智慧基础建设而大举发债所带来的市场担忧，以及对美国国债规模持续膨胀的疑虑。\n\n布鲁金斯研究院经济研究资深研究员Robin Brooks表示，「试图透过公债回购等方式，人为压低长期殖利率的问题在于，如果市场认为回购规模太小，殖利率反而会跳升。这显示市场底层的上行压力非常强劲。」\n\n目前市场正密切等待周四公布的8月生产者物价指数(PPI)及周五公布的消费者物价指数(CPI)，以寻找进一步的利率线索。如果通膨数据高于预期，可能使市场对联准会下周升息的预期明显升温。\n\n日元持续徘徊逾七个月高点\n\n日元已成为主要货币中表现最亮眼货币，光是9月以来就上涨4%。本月初开始的强劲涨势，周二一度推动日元升至152.89兑1美元的高点。周三日元延续升势，美元兑日元下跌0.2%，至153.63。\n\n日元受到日本银行政策收紧预期及市场广泛猜测日本政府可能再次干预汇市等因素支撑。金融市场几乎已确定日本银行将于9月18日升息25个基点，交易员也认为，日本银行总裁植田和男(Kazuo Ueda)可能暗示年底前还会进一步推动货币政策正常化。\n\nLPL Financial技术策略师Adam Turnquist周二表示，「日元的涨势反映出基本面与技术面真正发生转变，日银正进一步走向政策正常化，同时突破原有趋势。投资人应密切关注152这个关键价位，若日元明确突破该支撑并进一步升值，可能加速日元涨势、迫使更多空头回补，并重新引发日元套利交易平仓的风险，进而对包括美国公债在内的全球资产产生连锁影响。」\n\n本周稍早公布的官方数据显示，日本8月外国证券持有量创纪录减少878亿美元。外汇存底的大幅下降，直接为东京规模达15兆日元(976.7亿美元)的汇市干预行动提供资金，其中部分行动是与美国同步进行。\n\n其他货币方面，欧元兑美元上涨0.1%，至1.1629美元。\n\n欧洲央行几乎已被市场一致预期，周四将升息25个基点。\n\n德意志银行Jim Reid表示，「市场确实可以讨论，在供给冲击之下，欧洲央行是否应该继续升息……但市场显然认为，央行的政策反应函数与能源价格高度相关，近期油价与天然气价格上涨，使市场对最终利率的定价达到3%。」\n\n他补充，「因此，明天升息基本上已经确定，但接下来的情况就会变得更加复杂。如果能源价格维持在目前水准，经济成长应该会受到影响，但到目前为止，实际影响远没有市场原先预期的那么大，因此欧洲央行面临的高度不确定性必须受到重视。」\n\n截至台湾时间周四
