苹链准备好了吗？iPhone Duo 10月开卖初期日产仅数百部

苹果(AAPL-US) 备受瞩目的首款折叠手机 iPhone Duo正式亮相，这款新机预计 10 月 16 日开放预订、10 月 23 日上市，但供应链量产进度仍面临考验。

截至 8 月下旬，iPhone Duo 日产量仅数百部，苹果虽计划自 10 月起加速产能爬坡，铰链组装一致性、萤幕平整度及初期良率，仍是能否达成全年生产目标的关键。

「Duo」意指「两个」，呼应折叠手机的双萤幕设计。iPhone Duo 采横向内折形式，折叠后大小接近一本护照，外萤幕为 5.4 英吋，展开后内萤幕达 7.6 英吋，尺寸接近 iPad mini，大于 iPhone 18 Pro 的 6.3 英吋萤幕。

iPhone Duo 展开后厚度仅 5.2 公厘，成为苹果迄今最薄的手机，较厚度 5.6 公厘的 iPhone Air 更薄。苹果并采用奈米纹理工艺降低折痕可见度，搭配光学透明胶，让萤幕各层在折叠过程中能相互滑移，以减少应力与折痕。

因应折叠形态，苹果也调整部分硬体设计，包括将内萤幕相机隐藏于萤幕下方，Touch ID 重新整合至侧边按键，以减少萤幕开孔及正面元件占用空间。新机仅支援 eSIM，未设置实体 SIM 卡槽。

iPhone Duo 提供 256GB、512GB、1TB及2TB四种储存容量，起售价为1,999美元。苹果先前一度讨论受记忆体等核心零组件价格上涨影响，将起售价提高至2,199美元，最终仍将售价压在 2,000 美元以内。

相较之下，三星(005930KS)与 Google(GOOGL-US) 最新一代折叠手机起售价分别约为 1,900 美元及1,800 美元，iPhone Duo 定价仍高于主要竞争对手。

折叠手机市场竞争升温

苹果进场前，三星(005930KS) 与华为已是全球折叠手机市场两大业者。Counterpoint数据显示，2025年全球折叠手机出货量以三星市占最高，华为紧追在后，两者合计占全球市场约七成。

中国将是 iPhone Duo 争夺的关键市场。IDC预估，2025年全球折叠手机出货量约2,060万部，其中中国市场约1,001万部，接近全球出货量的一半。华为在中国折叠手机市场的市占率约七成，明显领先荣耀、三星、vivo及OPPO。

苹果发表会前两天，华为与小米也分别推出三折手机 Mate XT 2及中折手机 Xiaomi 18 Fold，售价分别为人民币19,999元至24,999元，以及10,999元至14,999元，显示折叠手机市场竞争正持续升温。

在全球手机市场承压之际，折叠手机仍是少数维持成长的产品类别。Counterpoint预估，2026年全球折叠智慧型手机出货量将年增21%，苹果首次进场便可能取得约25%市占率，仅次于三星的38%，跃居全球第二。

初期日产量仅数百部

市场关注的焦点，也从产品发表转向供应链能否顺利量产。外媒周二(8日)引述知情人士报导，截至8月下旬，折叠iPhone日产量仅数百部。

不过，一名苹果供应链人士表示，这项生产速度大致符合苹果原定排程，公司原先规画2026年第三季出货数十万部，换算每日产量约为数千部。

依目前安排，苹果计划在10月前大致维持既有生产步调，10月后才开始产能爬坡。2026年第四季生产目标为600万至700万部，全年目标则维持800万至1,000万部。

多名供应链人士先前透露，部分供应商已自今年5月开始备料生产，苹果向供应链提出的折叠手机需求量约为1,000万部，但最终订单规模尚未确认。供应链预估，第一批产品良率可能偏低，待第二批产品上市后，生产良率才可能逐步稳定。

铰链一致性成量产难题

目前限制iPhone Duo良率的重要因素之一，是铰链模组的组装一致性。折叠手机铰链内含的精密零件远多于一般手机，组装难度更高，也较难维持每组铰链的一致性。

铰链是连接两侧机身与柔性萤幕的核心机械结构，直接影响萤幕开合、任意角度悬停及折痕控制。供应链人士指出，苹果对组装一致性的要求一向严格，在相关问题解决前，很难进入大规模出货阶段。

据悉，苹果在折叠iPhone正式量产前，8月又追加一轮试产，并设定更高的品质与耐用度标准，包括在更极端条件下测试、增加折叠循环测试次数，以及提高对萤幕平整度的要求。

折叠手机的零件成本也高于一般iPhone。供应链人士表示，由于折叠萤幕结构特殊、制程难度增加，铰链物料清单成本约90至100美元。

虽然市场一度传出苹果采用复杂的液态金属材料，但供应链人士表示，iPhone Duo铰链仍使用常规材料，苹果去年曾考虑液态金属方案，最终因技术尚未成熟而放弃。

萤幕良率同样待突破

铰链良率也会进一步影响折痕与萤幕平整度。除可弯曲OLED面板外，苹果还加入UTG超薄柔性玻璃、CPI透明聚醯亚胺薄膜及3D玻璃盖板等多种支撑零件，使显示器结构与生产工艺更加复杂。

折叠手机产业目前仍未完全克服内萤幕折痕，以及折叠结构压缩内部空间后衍生的续航与散热问题。

对首次进军这项市场的苹果而言，如何在10月上市后迅速提高产量，同时维持品质与良率，将决定iPhone Duo能否达成全年800万至1,000万部的生产目标，也将检验苹果供应链是否已为新一代硬体形态做好准备。

定价仍高于主要竞争对手。\n\n折叠手机市场竞争升温\n\n苹果进场前，三星(005930KS) 与华为已是全球折叠手机市场两大业者。Counterpoint数据显示，2025年全球折叠手机出货量以三星市占最高，华为紧追在后，两者合计占全球市场约七成。\n\n中国将是 iPhone Duo 争夺的关键市场。IDC预估，2025年全球折叠手机出货量约2,060万部，其中中国市场约1,001万部，接近全球出货量的一半。华为在中国折叠手机市场的市占率约七成，明显领先荣耀、三星、vivo及OPPO。\n\n苹果发表会前两天，华为与小米也分别推出三折手机 Mate XT 2及中折手机 Xiaomi 18 Fold，售价分别为人民币19,999元至24,999元，以及10,999元至14,999元，显示折叠手机市场竞争正持续升温。\n\n在全球手机市场承压之际，折叠手机仍是少数维持成长的产品类别。Counterpoint预估，2026年全球折叠智慧型手机出货量将年增21%，苹果首次进场便可能取得约25%市占率，仅次于三星的38%，跃居全球第二。\n\n初期日产量仅数百部\n\n市场关注的焦点，也从产品发表转向供应链能否顺利量产。外媒周二(8日)引述知情人士报导，截至8月下旬，折叠iPhone日产量仅数百部。\n\n不过，一名苹果供应链人士表示，这项生产速度大致符合苹果原定排程，公司原先规画2026年第三季出货数十万部，换算每日产量约为数千部。\n\n依目前安排，苹果计划在10月前大致维持既有生产步调，10月后才开始产能爬坡。2026年第四季生产目标为600万至700万部，全年目标则维持800万至1,000万部。\n\n多名供应链人士先前透露，部分供应商已自今年5月开始备料生产，苹果向供应链提出的折叠手机需求量约为1,000万部，但最终订单规模尚未确认。供应链预估，第一批产品良率可能偏低，待第二批产品上市后，生产良率才可能逐步稳定。\n\n铰链一致性成量产难题\n\n目前限制iPhone Duo良率的重要因素之一，是铰链模组的组装一致性。折叠手机铰链内含的精密零件远多于一般手机，组装难度更高，也较难维持每组铰链的一致性。\n\n铰链是连接两侧机身与柔性萤幕的核心机械结构，直接影响萤幕开合、任意角度悬停及折痕控制。供应链人士指出，苹果对组装一致性的要求一向严格，在相关问题解决前，很难进入大规模出货阶段。\n\n据悉，苹果在折叠iPhone正式量产前，8月又追加一轮试产，并设定更高的品质与耐用度标准，包括在更极端条件下测试、增加折叠循环测试次数，以及提高对萤幕平整度的要求。\n\n折叠手机的零件成本也高于一般iPhone。供应链人士表示，由于折叠萤幕结构特殊、制程难度增加，铰链物料清单成本约90至100美元。\n\n虽然市场一度传出苹果采用复杂的液态金属材料，但供应链人士表示，iPhone Duo铰链仍使用常规材料，苹果去年曾考虑液态金属方案，最终因技术尚未成熟而放弃。\n\n萤幕良率同样待突破\n\n铰链良率也会进一步影响折痕与萤幕平整度。除可弯曲OLED面板外，苹果还加入UTG超薄柔性玻璃、CPI透明聚醯亚胺薄膜及3D玻璃盖板等多种支撑零件，使显示器结构与生产工艺更加复杂。\n\n折叠手机产业目前仍未完全克服内萤幕折痕，以及折叠结构压缩内部空间后衍生的续航与散热问题。\n\n对首次进军这项市场的苹果而言，如何在10月上市后迅速提高产量，同时维持品质与良率，将决定iPhone
