〈美股盘后〉通膨降温标普连二红费半跌逾2% 美光、SK海力士ADR崩超8%

美股周三 (15 日) 普遍收高，美国最新通膨数据低于市场预期，进一步缓解市场对联准会今年升息的担忧，激励标普 500 指数连续第二个交易日走扬，道琼工业指数同步上涨。标普金融板块收在历史新高。

不过，中国 DRAM 制造商长鑫存储 (CXMT) 即将上市，并计划利用募资所得扩大产能，引发市场对记忆体供给增加、价格与毛利率承压的担忧，卖压席卷记忆体与半导体族群。

SK 海力士 (SKHY-US)、美光 (MU-US) 与 SanDisk (SNDK-US) 均狂泻逾 8%，费城半导体指数收挫逾 2%，较 6 月 22 日创下的历史高点回落 16%。

投资人持续评估美国通膨前景。最新公布的美国 6 月核心生产者物价指数 (PPI) 年增 4.7%，低于市场预期，显示通膨压力持续降温。交易员因此进一步下修联准会今年升息预期，目前利率期货市场仍预估今年将升息一次，但时间点已延后至 12 月。

债市同步反映市场预期转变，美国 10 年期公债殖利率下跌 3 个基点至 4.56%，美元指数走弱。

纽约联准银行总裁威廉斯 (John Williams) 周三表示：「有令人鼓舞的理由预期，通膨已经触顶，并将在未来几季逐步回落。」

此外，联准会公布最新《褐皮书》(Beige Book) 指出，美国经济近几周持续温和成长，多数地区就业变化不大，但企业仍反映中东冲突及关税推升部分成本，消费者对价格也变得更加敏感。

地缘政治方面，美军周三再度空袭伊朗，这是美军连续第五天轰炸伊朗，主要锁定沿海军事设施，美国总统川普 (Donald Trump) 警告，若伊朗拒绝重返谈判，下周将扩大军事打击，国际油价小幅上涨。

美股周三 (15 日) 主要指数表现：

道琼工业指数上涨 150.37 点，或 0.29%，报 52,658.64 点。
那斯达克指数上涨 162.22 点，或 0.62%，报 26,269.23 点。
S&P 500 指数上涨 28.81 点，或 0.38%，报 7,572.40 点。
费城半导体指数下跌 263.04 点，或 2.08%，报 12,398.89 点。
NYSE FANG+ 指数上涨 194.44 点，或 1.10%，报 17,823.99 点。

焦点个股

NYSE FANG+ 指数中的科技五大巨头全面走扬。Meta (META-US) 强升 3.07%；苹果 (AAPL-US) 劲扬 4.01%；Alphabet (GOOGL-US) 大涨 3.17%；微软 (MSFT-US) 上涨 2.78%；亚马逊 (AMZN-US) 大涨 3.02%。

费城半导体族群跌多涨少。AMD (AMD-US) 下跌 3.46%；博通 (AVGO-US) 上涨 1.33%；辉达 (NVDA-US) 上涨 0.33%；应用材料 (AMAT-US) 下跌 2.73%；高通 (QCOM-US) 小跌 0.07%；美光 (MU-US) 重挫 8.02%。

台股 ADR 涨多跌少。台积电 ADR (TSM-US) 跌 0.22%；日月光 ADR (ASX-US) 涨 0.89%；联电 ADR (UMC-US) 大涨 4.53%；中华电信 ADR (CHT-US) 涨 0.27%。

企业新闻

全球最大半导体制造设备供应商 ASML ADR (ASML-US) 劲扬 3.00% 至每股 1,812.94 美元。ASML 公布，第二季营收与获利均优于市场预期，还第二度上调全年财测，预估 2026 年营收将达 430 亿至 450 亿欧元，高于市场预期，并宣布扩大 EUV 曝光机产能，以因应 AI 热潮带动至 2028 年仍持续涌入的订单需求。

SpaceX (SPCX-US) 收低 0.60% 至每股 135.27 美元，连续第四个交易日下跌，盘中更首度跌破每股 135 美元的首次公开募股 (IPO) 发行价，显示上市初期卖压仍未消退。

摩根士丹利 (MS-US) 小涨 0.39% 至每股 228.55 美元。该公司第二季营收与获利双双创下历史新高，每股盈余达 3.46 美元，高于市场预估的 2.94 美元，显示投资银行及交易业务维持强劲动能。

贝莱德 (BLK-US) 飞升 6.63% 至每股 1,093.40 美元，贝莱德资产管理规模创下 15.3 兆美元新高，指数型基金结合主动管理与私募投资策略开始展现成果。

PayPal (PYPL-US) 喷高 17.20% 至每股 55.52 美元。《路透》引述知情人士报导，支付公司 Stripe 与私募基金 Advent 已提出约 530 亿美元收购提案，换算每股约 60.5 美元，该提案已于本月稍早送交 PayPal。

Lucid (LCID-US) 股价强弹约 29% 至每股 5.95 美元。公司否认外界有关申请破产保护或考虑私有化的传闻，强调相关消息「完全不属实」，并表示目前资金充裕，可支应营运至明年。

华尔街分析

彭博市场策略师 Michael Ball 指出：「市场担心中国将增加记忆体产能，重创半导体及 AI 题材个股；但低于预期的通膨数据，以及华许国会证词未带来意外，支撑了其他类股表现。」

SimCorp 全球投资决策研究主管 Melissa Brown 认为：「PPI 数据不代表升息机率完全排除。如果联准会的目标确实是 2% 通膨，当前数据仍明显高于这个水准。而且近期市场可能对单一数据过度反应，不论是利多或利空。」
