苹果让果迷像租车一样租iPhone 月费最低17.99美元

《Marketwatch》报导，苹果 (AAPL-US) 正在美国改变硬体产品的销售方式。苹果宣布与先买后付业者 Klarna (KLAR-US) 合作推出 Apple Upgrade，让消费者透过按月付费取得装置使用权，合约期满后可选择升级新机、买断原有产品，或将装置交还苹果。

这项方案涵盖 iPhone、iPad、Mac 及 Apple Watch，其中 iPhone 租赁月费最低为 17.99 美元。iPhone 与 Apple Watch 提供 12 个月及 24 个月租期，iPad 与 Mac 则可选择 24 个月或 36 个月。

Apple Upgrade 与传统分期付款的主要差异，在于消费者支付的是装置使用费，而非逐期取得产品所有权。苹果也将在美国逐步停止既有的 iPhone Payments 与 iPhone Upgrade Program，改以新方案取代，但 Apple Upgrade 并未包含 AppleCare 保险。

新方案推出之际，市场正关注苹果硬体价格上升。苹果约一个月前以记忆体晶片短缺及其他硬体成本增加为由，调高部分 MacBook 与 iPad 售价，华尔街也预期，苹果今年秋季发表新一代 iPhone 时可能跟进涨价。

透过降低每月支付金额，租赁模式可望减轻消费者面对高额售价时的负担。

Tigress Financial Partners 投资长兼研究主管 Ivan Feinseth 表示，若将一笔 1,200 美元的购机支出转化为每月约 40 美元的租金，可能吸引原本有意换机、但不愿一次支付大笔款项的消费者，进而为苹果带来额外需求。

对苹果而言，租赁模式除了有助降低消费者的购机门槛，也能将信用风险交由 Klarna 承担。由于租约会在 12 至 36 个月后到期，苹果也能较准确掌握客户可能换机的时间，在合约结束时提供升级选择。

此外，租期届满后收回的装置，可望进入苹果的认证整新产品及旧机换购体系。相较过去由电信商与第三方经销商主导部分二手 iPhone 生意，租赁方案可能让苹果取得更多二手装置来源及后续销售机会。

Klarna 则可透过与苹果合作取得规模较大且持续性的融资业务。不过，这类租约长达一年以上，与 Klarna 传统上将款项分成四期、于六周内付清的模式明显不同。Feinseth 指出，融资期间拉长且金额提高，也可能增加客户未能还款的风险。

这项合作同样为苹果带来营运挑战。随着租约陆续到期，苹果必须建立大规模回收、检查及整修装置的流程。由于方案未附 AppleCare，装置若出现损坏或过度磨损，消费者与苹果之间也可能产生费用认定争议。

监管环境亦是另一项变数。Feinseth 表示，美国消费者金融保护局、各州政府及其他地区监管机构正加强检视先买后付与租赁业务，相关法遵支出与资讯揭露要求可能随之增加。

对消费者而言，Apple Upgrade 是否划算，主要取决于换机频率。

Secure Tax & Account 认证理财规划师 Joon Um 表示，若消费者每隔一至两年就更换装置，租赁可能具有吸引力；若习惯将手机或电脑使用多年，直接购买通常更为省钱。

消费者也须留意，租赁期间不会取得装置所有权，提前终止合约可能产生高额费用。若产品遗失、遭窃，或归还时的状况未符合合约规定，也可能被收取额外费用。

Um 建议，评估这类方案时不应只比较每月付款金额，而应将完整租期支出、买断价格、保险及可能产生的损坏或解约费用一并计算，才能判断租赁是否比直接购买更符合自身需求。

Upgrade，让消费者透过按月付费取得装置使用权，合约期满后可选择升级新机、买断原有产品，或将装置交还苹果。\n<img src=\"https://cimg.cnyes.cool/prod/news/6549046/l/046359487ab624e4493957b6ce1f24c2.jpg\" alt=\"苹果让果迷像租车一样租iPhone 月费最低17.99美元\" style=\"width:50%;height:auto;border-radius:6px;margin:15px auto;display:block;\">\n\n\n这项方案涵盖 iPhone、iPad、Mac 及 Apple Watch，其中 iPhone 租赁月费最低为 17.99 美元。iPhone 与 Apple Watch 提供 12 个月及 24 个月租期，iPad 与 Mac 则可选择 24 个月或 36 个月。\n\nApple Upgrade 与传统分期付款的主要差异，在于消费者支付的是装置使用费，而非逐期取得产品所有权。苹果也将在美国逐步停止既有的 iPhone Payments 与 iPhone Upgrade Program，改以新方案取代，但 Apple Upgrade 并未包含 AppleCare 保险。\n\n新方案推出之际，市场正关注苹果硬体价格上升。苹果约一个月前以记忆体晶片短缺及其他硬体成本增加为由，调高部分 MacBook 与 iPad 售价，华尔街也预期，苹果今年秋季发表新一代 iPhone 时可能跟进涨价。\n\n透过降低每月支付金额，租赁模式可望减轻消费者面对高额售价时的负担。\n\nTigress Financial Partners 投资长兼研究主管 Ivan Feinseth 表示，若将一笔 1,200 美元的购机支出转化为每月约 40 美元的租金，可能吸引原本有意换机、但不愿一次支付大笔款项的消费者，进而为苹果带来额外需求。\n\n对苹果而言，租赁模式除了有助降低消费者的购机门槛，也能将信用风险交由 Klarna 承担。由于租约会在 12 至 36 个月后到期，苹果也能较准确掌握客户可能换机的时间，在合约结束时提供升级选择。\n\n此外，租期届满后收回的装置，可望进入苹果的认证整新产品及旧机换购体系。相较过去由电信商与第三方经销商主导部分二手 iPhone 生意，租赁方案可能让苹果取得更多二手装置来源及后续销售机会。\n\nKlarna 则可透过与苹果合作取得规模较大且持续性的融资业务。不过，这类租约长达一年以上，与 Klarna 传统上将款项分成四期、于六周内付清的模式明显不同。Feinseth 指出，融资期间拉长且金额提高，也可能增加客户未能还款的风险。\n\n这项合作同样为苹果带来营运挑战。随着租约陆续到期，苹果必须建立大规模回收、检查及整修装置的流程。由于方案未附 AppleCare，装置若出现损坏或过度磨损，消费者与苹果之间也可能产生费用认定争议。\n\n监管环境亦是另一项变数。Feinseth 表示，美国消费者金融保护局、各州政府及其他地区监管机构正加强检视先买后付与租赁业务，相关法遵支出与资讯揭露要求可能随之增加。\n\n对消费者而言，Apple Upgrade 是否划算，主要取决于换机频率。\n\nSecure Tax & Account 认证理财规划师 Joon Um 表示，若消费者每隔一至两年就更换装置，租赁可能具有吸引力；若习惯将手机或电脑使用多年，直接购买通常更为省钱。\n\n消费者也须留意，租赁期间不会取得装置所有权，提前终止合约可能产生高额费用。若产品遗失、遭窃，或归还时的状况未符合合约规定，也可能被收取额外费用。\n\nUm
