【台股操盘人笔记】去杠杆进入尾声，基本面接棒下一波行情

野村脚勤观点：
处置制度迎来优化，提升效率但不改投资纪律
7 月台股经历罕见的去杠杆风暴，也引发市场对现行处置制度的广泛讨论。证交所将自 8 月 10 日起调整相关规定，包括将一般处置期间由 10 个营业日缩短至 5 个营业日，并将撮合频率加快至约每 2 分钟一次。整体而言，我们认为新制有助于缩短个股流动性受限的时间，提升交易效率，也让资金进出与部位调整更具弹性，对成交量较小的中小型成长股尤其有利。不过站在实际操作层面考量，制度调整主要着眼于交易机制的优化，基本上并不会改变经理人既有的选股逻辑与风险控管原则。换言之，投资决策仍将回归企业基本面、评价合理性及中长期成长潜力，不会、也不应因处置期间缩短而提高短线交易比重。

大盘利多因素：
（一）AI 投资强劲：全球科技巨头持续上调 2026 年资本支出，AI 投资循环尚未见顶
（二）亚洲供应链续强：规格升级 + 缺货涨价趋势延续，企业能见度看至 2028 年，台湾供应链持续受惠
（三）获利动能上修：野村投信台股股票池 2026 全年整体 EPS 预估 + 64%，持续上修并领先全球主要股市
大盘利空因素：
（一）杠杆资金去化中：市场杠杆资金去化，等待融资维持率降至低点，短期股市仍有震荡风险
（二）非基本面杂音干扰：美伊战事 / 通膨压力 / 利率方向，相关变数持续为股市带来估值修正压力
去杠杆进入尾声，基本面接棒下一波行情
7 月台股大幅震荡，主要反映杠杆资金加速去化，以及市场重新检视 AI 资本支出的投资效益。虽然目前市场投机气氛仍在，难以断言指数已完全落底，但随着大盘融资维持率于 7 月底降至约 130% 低档，8 月以来指数已连续数日反弹，预期本轮去杠杆最剧烈的阶段应已过去。另一方面，美国四大 CSP 最新财报显示，2026 年资本支出预估持续上修，反映 AI 军备竞赛仍在加速。尽管企业自由现金流承压，以及 AI 投资回收期可能延长等疑虑不容忽视，但也不应因此错失 AI 供应链的巨大商机；从我们持续追踪的供应链资讯来看，目前尚未见到订单取消或明显下修。因此，与其说盲目追逐短线反弹，投资人应趁此机会检视手中核心持股的获利趋势并汰弱留强，重新聚焦订单能见度高且受惠规格升级题材，股价短期可能受到市场情绪左右而大涨大跌，但长期投资表现终究取决于企业基本面。
