《价值型投资最新产业研究报告》大立光 (3008-TW) 手机旺季升温，共同封装光学打开新成长

大立光 (3008-TW) 7月营收明显回升，8月又进入美系新机拉货的主要阶段。手机镜头本业重新加速之际，公司也把累积多年的精密对位、自动化与光学制造能力带进共同封装光学。这次研究的重点很直接：本业旺季能带来多少成长，新事业何时能从送样走到量产。

7月合并营收48.77亿元，月增31.4%、年减10.7%，回到今年4月以来高点；前七月累计营收340.86亿元，年增7.5%。公司表示8月拉货动能会比7月再好一些。7月产品组合中，1000万画素镜头占营收六至七成，2000万画素以上产品占一至两成，旺季量能已经开始反映。

手机镜头仍是大立光 (3008-TW) 现阶段最重要的获利来源。第三季新机规格带动高阶镜头拉货，潜望式镜头、可变光圈与更高精度的多镜片设计，持续拉高制造难度。大立光的优势不只在镜片本身，也在模具、制程、自动化设备与良率控制全部掌握在内部，客户新机大量生产时，这套能力会直接反映在交货速度与产品组合。

今年第二季营收136.65亿元，上半年营收292.09亿元、年增11.3%；上半年每股盈余82.35元。法人机构估计第三季营收可望明显高于第二季，主要增量集中在8月与9月。新品刚进入大量生产时，良率爬升会影响获利幅度，但随出货规模放大，第三季仍是全年营运重新转强的关键季度。

共同封装光学是大立光 (3008-TW) 手机镜头以外最具体的新方向。人工智慧伺服器的资料交换量快速增加，光讯号要准确进出矽光子晶片，光纤位置与微型镜片的对准误差必须压到极低。大立光把手机镜头累积的精密对位能力移到光纤阵列，目前内部制程精度已进入0.3微米等级，优势正好落在客户最难处理的耦合效率。

公司已取得一家量产型客户的正式规格，光纤阵列样品在7月送交认证，第三季底以前准备完成第一条自动化试产线。认证通过后，设备可以依照相同设计复制，最快2027年中开始带来营收。现阶段先供应光纤阵列零件，后续可再延伸到结合微透镜阵列的光纤阵列模组，单一产品的价值也会跟着提高。

市场近期讨论玻璃桥接方案，大立光走的是不同的光耦合路径。公司把棱镜、准直镜与多通道微透镜整合，再配合高精度光纤阵列，目标是提高光讯号进出晶片的效率。共同封装光学仍有多种架构并行，大立光已把产品送进量产型客户验证，下一个观察点是第三季底试产线是否如期就绪，以及客户认证后的扩线速度。

现阶段最重要的获利来源。第三季新机规格带动高阶镜头拉货，潜望式镜头、可变光圈与更高精度的多镜片设计，持续拉高制造难度。大立光的优势不只在镜片本身，也在模具、制程、自动化设备与良率控制全部掌握在内部，客户新机大量生产时，这套能力会直接反映在交货速度与产品组合。</p>\n\n<p>今年第二季营收136.65亿元，上半年营收292.09亿元、年增11.3%；上半年每股盈余82.35元。法人机构估计第三季营收可望明显高于第二季，主要增量集中在8月与9月。新品刚进入大量生产时，良率爬升会影响获利幅度，但随出货规模放大，第三季仍是全年营运重新转强的关键季度。</p>\n\n<p>共同封装光学是大立光 (3008-TW) 手机镜头以外最具体的新方向。人工智慧伺服器的资料交换量快速增加，光讯号要准确进出矽光子晶片，光纤位置与微型镜片的对准误差必须压到极低。大立光把手机镜头累积的精密对位能力移到光纤阵列，目前内部制程精度已进入0.3微米等级，优势正好落在客户最难处理的耦合效率。</p>\n\n<p>公司已取得一家量产型客户的正式规格，光纤阵列样品在7月送交认证，第三季底以前准备完成第一条自动化试产线。认证通过后，设备可以依照相同设计复制，最快2027年中开始带来营收。现阶段先供应光纤阵列零件，后续可再延伸到结合微透镜阵列的光纤阵列模组，单一产品的价值也会跟着提高。</p>\n\n<p>市场近期讨论玻璃桥接方案，大立光走的是不同的光耦合路径。公司把棱镜、准直镜与多通道微透镜整合，再配合高精度光纤阵列，目标是提高光讯号进出晶片的效率。共同封装光学仍有多种架构并行，大立光已把产品送进量产型客户验证，下一个观察点是第三季底试产线是否如期就绪，以及客户认证后的扩线速度。</p>\n\n<p>量子产业提供更长期的延伸。光子型量子运算与量子通讯都需要稳定雷射、精密光学耦合及极低误差的光路控制，大立光
