八方云集看纯外带店成餐饮业新战场 将以TOGO店插旗人流热点

连锁餐饮集团八方云集(2753-TW)今(25)日正式宣布布局外带专门店，旗下八方云集与梁社汉排骨两大品牌，已分别于北中南开出「纯外带TOGO店」，尤其针对精华商办、住商混合和传统闹区，以小坪数、纯外带店型态卡位人流热点，借此扩大门市网络，并抢攻快速的外带刚性需求。

八方云集认为，连锁餐饮业品牌要持续做大，除了开出标准店型外，外带专门店近来已渐成为竞争的新战场。

八方云集进一步说明，重点商圈与人流热点向来是餐饮品牌兵家必争之地，但热门的商业店面供给有限，过往常因坪数过小而错失开店机会，而现在透过最新外带店型，可以相对精巧的坪数创造优异坪效。

八方云集已在台北市中山区四平伊通商圈开出首个外带TOGO专门店，为梁社汉排骨；而在中部，则是开出八方云集中山医院外带门市；在南部，以梁社汉排骨于嘉义朴子开设第一家外带店，目前观察销售成果完全不亚于内用型餐厅。

八方云集上半年合并营收45.96亿元、年增7.26%，税后纯益4.67亿元，年增20.4%，每股纯益(EPS)7.01元。

截至7月底，八方云集全球店数达1407家，其中，台湾总店数1320家，涵盖六大品牌，其中，八方云集1053家、梁社汉排骨259家，两大主力品牌较去年同期合计净增46家。

八方云集目标透过更灵活的店型设计，在下半年持续垫高整体展店动能。
