1.台股27日上涨142.6点或0.31%，收45975.22点，未能站稳4万6，成交量再回升至9246.84亿元。外资再度买超490.94亿元，连2买，大举敲进00403A主动统一升级50及00981A主动统一台股增长，同时也分别加码南亚科与华邦电超过3万张。

2.国立中央大学台湾经济发展研究中心27日公布8月消费者信心指数(CCI)总指数为65.01点，较上月上扬 0.43 点，六项调查指标中有四项上升，不过，投资股票时机指标下滑，反映台股处高档震荡，令投资人心态先行观望，信心创3个月来相对低点。

3.金管会罕见出现统计数据校正回归！国银7月房贷逾放余额惊传单月暴增7.8亿元，引发风控疑虑。金管会今(27)日澄清，主因是单一银行6月前申报错置、少报逾8亿元；若将漏报金额还原回6月(实为94.64亿元)，7月逾放(94.25亿元)实际上「不增反减」约0.39亿元。官员强调，整体房贷逾放比仍处0.08%低档，资产品质健全。

4.国发会27日公布116年7月景气对策信号，综合判断分数为41分，与上周持平，灯号续亮红灯，呈现连续第8个红灯。其中，制造业营业气候测验点受惠AI需求持续强劲，由绿灯转呈黄红灯；货币总计数M1B受外资净汇出影响，由黄红灯转为绿灯；另领先及同时指标持续上升，显示国内经济成长动能相当稳健；但仍需留意中东情势发展、美国关税政策变化、主要国家货币政策动向及财政不确定性等因素影响。

5.立法院27日三读通过产业创新条例部分条文修正案，经济部强调本次修法聚焦两大核心领域：协助新创事业取得长期资金挹注，以及提高员工奖酬股票缓课额度，以大幅强化企业揽才与留才动能，意即新创企业给员工的股票奖酬缓课税上限直接翻倍，从现行500万元提高到1000万元，大幅降低高阶人才税负；同时天使投资与创投适用优惠的新创事业认定年限，也从5年放宽到8年，让新创团队能获得更充裕的资金支持。

6.光罩盒厂家登(3680-TW)受惠于全球先进制程推进与客户良率提升，极紫外光光罩盒出货动能加倍攀升，公司预估今年EUV罩盒全年出货量年增率有望超越50%，且下半年营运将呈现逐季走扬态势；为深化与美国半导体及航太客户在地合作，家登位于美国亚利桑那州的新厂初期加工产线即将完工，预计于今年第4季正式启动试产。
