〈焦点股〉汉达癌症新药原厂撤销专利诉讼 涨逾半根停板

汉达(6620-TW)旗下多靶点癌症新药HND-039 OMCAZIO原先被美国原厂Exelisis控告专利侵权，原厂于近日撤销诉讼，加上HND-039 7月取得暂时性药证(TA)后，法人预期可望于本季取得美国最终核可，激励汉达今(2)日涨逾半根停板。

汉达今天早盘以87.9元开高走高，盘中最高涨至93.8元，大涨逾半根停板，截至11点，股价暂报92.7元，涨幅约6.8%，站回年线，成交量超过1000张。

汉达指出，取得TA后，代表FDA已完成产品品质、安全性及有效性等核准要件的技术审查，相关限制条件解除并完成FDA后续转换程序，即可核发最终核准(FA)，公司也已启动相关法定程序。

汉达表示，目前持续进行自行销售产品的准备作业，也不排除与潜在对象合作，后续商业化方案决策会尽快推进。法人也提到，HND-039可望于本季取得FDA最终核可，并在第四季于美国上市。

除HND-039，汉达也规划在今明两年提出多项505(b)(2)新药的药证申请，包含2项癌症用药HND-027与HND-044以及1项神经系统用药HND-045。
