加权指数今日开低走低，终场下跌727.09点，收在46164.72，成交量9183.94亿。

观察三大法人今天筹码动向，外资卖超913.54亿元，投信卖超33.17亿元，自营商卖超203.61亿元，三大法人合计卖超1150.33亿元，其中，外资、投信、自营商皆由买转卖。

美伊冲突再度升温，引发市场对中东局势恶化与能源供应受阻的担忧，国际油价大幅走高，同时全球公债殖利率攀升，市场开始重新评估通膨压力与联准会货币政策走向，在油价、殖利率同步上扬的双重压力下，美股周二全面收黑，道琼工业指数下跌0.79%，标普500指数下跌0.71%，那斯达克指数下跌1.03%，科技与成长型股票承受较大卖压，费城半导体指数跌幅更达2.14%，市场避险情绪升高之际，美国10年期公债殖利率一度攀升至近3年高点，布兰特原油价格则突破每桶95美元附近，反映投资人对荷莫兹海峡航运及中东能源供应的担忧，若油价持续维持高档，未来恐重新推升全球通膨压力，也将使Fed在利率政策上面临更大的两难，美国最新经济数据则呈现温和扩张格局，制造业活动虽然仍处于扩张区间，但8月成长速度较前月放缓，显示企业需求仍具韧性，却同时面临原物料价格与成本上升压力，市场接下来将聚焦本周公布的8月非农就业报告，就业数据将成为观察美国经济与Fed后续政策的重要指标，科技股方面，市场仍不乏亮点，(AAPL-US)苹果，新任执行长特纳斯正式接棒后，首个交易日股价逆势走扬，反映市场对公司未来AI策略与产品创新的期待，不过整体科技股仍受到殖利率走高压抑，(NVDA-US)辉达，等AI指标股同步面临震荡，短线资金明显由高评价成长股转向防御与能源类股。

回到台股受到美股回档与国际市场震荡影响，加权指数今日开低走低，终场下跌727.09点，收在46164.72，成交量9183.94亿，今日的回档主要在于昨日大涨后美股呈现回档油价飙升，升息机率大增下，导致市场信心不足，不过，台股短线虽受到油价上涨、殖利率攀升与国际股市震荡影响，但AI产业长期成长趋势并未改变，经济部今天公布 7 月外销订单 979.4 亿美元创新高，年增 61.9%，统计处长更表示，7 月表现优于预期，主因伺服器接单畅旺及散热产品受惠 AI 供应链带动。接下来 9 月最有机会看到外销订单单月首度突破千亿美元，全年订单突破兆美元的机率也比上个月更高；代表企业基本面仍提供中长线支撑，现阶段选股重于选市，反而可趁指数震荡拉回时，聚焦基本面稳健、营收具成长动能的个股，采取逢低布局策略，整体维持震荡偏多看待，本周市场仍有多项重要事件，包括(AVGO-US)博通财报、8月非农就业报告、国际半导体展以及8月营收公布，其中博通财报将成为检验AI晶片与ASIC需求的重要指标，其财测更可能牵动全球AI供应链评价。

权值股方面，(2330-TW)台积电，下跌2.25%，收在2385元，台积电在SEMICON Taiwan分享AI与HPC最新布局，指出资料中心电力需求将由2015至2024年每年5至6GW，提升至2025至2030年每年30至40GW，AI训练与推论需求持续高速成长，技术方面，台积电透过N2、A13、A12先进制程，搭配HBM、SoIC、CoWoS及CPO等技术，强化AI运算与系统整合，随AI运算速度与I/O差距扩大，矽光子将成为高速互连关键，COUPE平台可提升传输速度与频宽，长期AI需求仍具高度能见度；

(2317-TW)鸿海，下跌1.95%，收在251元，2026年第二季营运优于预期，营业利益率达3.8%，优于市场预期，EPS 4.24元亦高于预估，展望下半年，AI伺服器需求持续强劲，3Q26云端业务可望明显季增，AI伺服器营收预估双位数成长，NVIDIA新平台并预计于2026年底量产，GB300需求延续至2027年，除GPU伺服器外，ASIC与CPO网通亦成为新成长动能，随台湾、美国及墨西哥扩产，AI基础建设需求持续升温；

(2454-TW)联发科，下跌0.93%，收在4275元，辉达首度以策略投资人身分入股台湾上市公司，斥资35亿美元认购联发科，海外可转换公司债，双方合作从技术联盟升级为资本结盟，此次ECB转换价每股4,513.75元，最大股权稀释仅1.67%，联发科将导入辉达NVLink Fusion平台，切入云端AI基础建设与客制化XPU市场，结合ASIC、SoC、先进封装及高速SerDes等技术，协助客户打造自研AI晶片，看好合作有望强化联发科在全球AI供应链地位，并拓展长期成长空间。
