联茂(6213)毛利率一季翻倍、8月营收年增近98%！真正瓶颈不是订单而是「玻纤布」

联茂(6213-TW)8月营收约50.44亿元，较去年同期约25.48亿元年增近98%，再度改写单月新高。公司表示，营收成长主要来自涨价效益，面对玻璃纤维布价格逐月调升，公司已能即时将成本反映至客户报价。随市场需求维持强劲，涨价效益成为营收创高的主要推力。

根据优分析月营收追踪图表显示，8月单月营收高于市场预期约7%，累计营收则高于预期2.9%。

不过比营收创高更值得注意的是，公司第二季毛利率由第一季的11.4%升至22.02%，毛利率一季接近翻倍并创历史新高，显示这波价格调整不仅推高营收，高阶材料出货比重增加也同步改善获利结构。

目前联茂(6213-TW)产能利用率约70%至75%，主要受E-glass玻纤布供应吃紧影响，而非市场订单不足。这也意味着后续营运动能能否延续，关键在于玻纤布料源供应能否改善。

涨价由成本转嫁走向卖方市场

今年以来，玻璃纤维布价格逐月上涨。依公司说法，单月调幅约一成，使原料成本压力持续升高；不过，在未来一至两年需求维持良好的预期下，联茂(6213-TW)已能更即时地将成本反映至客户报价。

联茂(6213-TW)第二季产品售价调幅约30%，涨价效益也成为推升营收与毛利率的重要因素。

展望下半年，公司预期产品报价仍将逐季调升，每季涨幅可望维持双位数，以反映玻纤布成本与市场供需变化。

平台升级推高单机材料价值

通用型伺服器正由PCIe Gen 5迈向Gen 6，AMD Venice已于第二季末开始出货，Intel Oak Stream预计于第四季至2027年第一季导入。

随PCB层数由18至22层提高至20至24层，CCL规格也由M6升级至M7，单机材料产值预估增加20%至30%。

联茂(6213-TW)在AMD平台市占率超过60%，Intel平台约30%至40%，并已切入Meta、AWS的OAM产品及Microsoft ASIC专案。

M6以上材料营收占比由2023年的10%升至2025年的33%，2026年预估可超过40%。

高阶材料占比提升，代表伺服器平台升级带来的不只是出货量增加，也同步放大每台伺服器的材料价值。

扩产提前布局，等待玻纤布供给松动

联茂(6213-TW)已宣布扩充无锡厂，规划于2027年至2029年分阶段新增产能：2027年底增加60万张、2028年底再增加135万张，2029年下半年新增90万张，三年合计扩充285万张产能。

泰国厂则预计于2028年增加60万张产能，主要因应部分客户对非中系供应链的需求。

依公司规划，集团总产能将由2026年底的570万张，逐步提高至2027年底630万张、2028年底825万张，并于2029年底达到915万张。无锡厂此次提前启动扩产，除了已有部分积压订单，也反映公司看好AI、ASIC、一般伺服器平台升级、交换器及低轨卫星等应用，将持续推升PCB层数与高阶CCL用量。

公司预估，玻纤布新增产能可能要到2027年下半年才会较明显释出；在此之前，2026年前三季产能利用率平均约70%至75%。随部分通过验证的玻纤布供应商于第四季增加供货，稼动率有机会进一步提高至约80%。

联茂(6213-TW)2026年的成长动能仍以逐季涨价为主，第四季则可进一步观察玻纤布供应增加后，稼动率能否顺利回升；进入2027年至2028年，新产能陆续开出后，高阶AI与ASIC材料订单能否接棒，将成为下一阶段营收成长的主要验证指标。

data-end=\"655\">今年以来，玻璃纤维布价格逐月上涨。依公司说法，单月调幅约一成，使原料成本压力持续升高；不过，在未来一至两年需求维持良好的预期下，联茂(6213-TW)已能更即时地将成本反映至客户报价。</p>\n<p data-start=\"657\" data-end=\"743\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">联茂(6213-TW)第二季产品售价调幅约30%，涨价效益也成为推升营收与毛利率的重要因素。</p>\n<p data-start=\"657\" data-end=\"743\" data-is-last-node=\"\" Stream预计于第四季至2027年第一季导入。</p>\n<p>随PCB层数由18至22层提高至20至24层，CCL规格也由M6升级至M7，单机材料产值预估增加20%至30%。</p>\n<p>联茂(6213-TW)在AMD平台市占率超过60%，Intel平台约30%至40%，并已切入Meta、AWS的OAM产品及Microsoft ASIC专案。</p>\n<p>M6以上材料营收占比由2023年的10%升至2025年的33%，2026年预估可超过40%。</p>\n<p>高阶材料占比提升，代表伺服器平台升级带来的不只是出货量增加，也同步放大每台伺服器的材料价值。</p>\n<h2>扩产提前布局，等待玻纤布供给松动</h2>\n<p>联茂(6213-TW)已宣布扩充无锡厂，规划于2027年至2029年分阶段新增产能：2027年底增加60万张、2028年底再增加135万张，2029年下半年新增90万张，三年合计扩充285万张产能。</p>\n<p>泰国厂则预计于2028年增加60万张产能，主要因应部分客户对非中系供应链的需求。</p>\n<p>依公司规划，集团总产能将由2026年底的570万张，逐步提高至2027年底630万张、2028年底825万张，并于2029年底达到915万张。无锡厂此次提前启动扩产，除了已有部分积压订单，也反映公司看好AI、ASIC、一般伺服器平台升级、交换器及低轨卫星等应用，将持续推升PCB层数与高阶CCL用量。</p>\n<p>公司预估，玻纤布新增产能可能要到2027年下半年才会较明显释出；在此之前，2026年前三季产能利用率平均约70%至75%。随部分通过验证的玻纤布供应商于第四季增加供货，稼动率有机会进一步提高至约80%。
