鸿海(2317-TW)今(14)日代子公司富联裕展科技(深圳)公告，因应营运需求，向关联公司取得中国深圳市龙华区部分厂房使用权资产，交易金额为人民币10.52亿元(约新台币49.8亿元)。
鸿海指出，本次取得的厂房位于深圳市龙华区福城街道兴富社区富士康鸿观科技园，以及龙华街道东环二路二号富士康科技园，交易单位数量合计32.21万平方公尺、约9.74万坪，平均未税租金为每平方公尺每月人民币18.24元。
本次租赁期间自2026年5月1日至2027年12月31日，租金总额为未税人民币1.09亿元，使用权资产交易金额则为人民币10.52亿元，交易相对人为富士康科技集团、富辉钢工业(深圳)及富泰捷科技发展(深圳)，均为关联公司。
鸿海表示，本次交易系基于集团资源整合及营运需求，采议价方式进行，价格参考市场行情，并经董事会通过；另由上海申威资产评估有限公司进行专业估价，估价金额同为人民币10.52亿元。
