散热双雄丢单？辉达首批液冷认证没有奇𬭎(3017)、双鸿(3324)该怎么解读？教你后续先看3项指标

2026年09月29日（优分析／产业数据中心报导）⸺ 辉达推出DSX Ready资格认证计划，针对AI工厂使用的电力、冷却及能源设备建立共同规格，其中首波通过资格的冷却液分配单元(CDU)业者仅有LG Electronics、LiquidStack及Vertiv，名单中未见台湾散热双雄奇𬭎(3017-TW)与双鸿(3324-TW)，引发市场关注：台厂是否可能在下一波AI液冷规格竞争中落后？答案目前不能直接下定论。

随AI晶片功耗持续提高，伺服器散热由气冷转向液冷，CDU也从周边设备升级为控制水流、温度与压力的重要系统。辉达建立认证制度，代表液冷市场的竞争焦点正由单一冷板或零组件，逐步扩大至整套系统的整合与验证能力。

DSX Ready首波名单认证的是特定CDU产品，并不是辉达所有液冷零组件供应商的完整名单，也未揭露各家业者是否已送件、正在验证或透过客户及合作伙伴间接供货。

DSX是开放架构，CDU未入列不等于冷板与分歧管订单消失

辉达将DSX定位为开放且模组化的AI工厂架构，涵盖运算、电力、冷却、网路及营运系统。除了首波通过资格的LG Electronics、LiquidStack及Vertiv三家CDU业者，整体生态系也包括Trane Technologies、Schneider Electric、Siemens及Eaton等基础设施业者，显示参与DSX供应链并不以直接取得CDU资格为限。

AI液冷系统除了CDU，还包括冷板、分歧管、快速接头、管路、风扇及机构件，即使终端资料中心采用通过DSX Ready资格的CDU，内部零组件仍可能由不同供应商提供，奇𬭎(3017-TW)与双鸿(3324-TW)也可能透过零组件供应、液冷模组或ODM模式，参与伺服器品牌、云端服务商及系统业者的相关专案。

因此，这份首波名单较适合解读为「哪些完整CDU产品率先符合辉达参考设计」，不能直接据此判定奇𬭎(3017-TW)与双鸿(3324-TW)遭到抽单，或被排除在液冷供应链之外。两家公司未入列，可能与产品验证进度、合作模式或供应层级不在本次公告范围有关，实际影响仍须等待公司进一步说明，并观察后续客户专案、液冷产品出货及新一波资格名单。

需要留意的是，若云端服务商未来将DSX Ready纳入采购条件，率先取得资格的业者将更容易掌握系统设计、报价及维运服务。奇𬭎(3017-TW)与双鸿(3324-TW)即使仍能供应冷板、分歧管等零组件，也可能较难取得整套CDU方案较高的单价与系统主导权。

后续可观察两家公司是否进入下一波资格名单或与合格业者合作，以及液冷产品出货、产能利用率与毛利率能否同步提升。若持续扩大液冷营收并维持获利率，代表名单缺席影响有限；反之，若CDU出货递延或新产能稼动率偏低，才可能显示国际系统厂的先发优势开始影响台厂接单。

散热双雄2027年真正比的是产能利用率

整体而言，奇𬭎(3017-TW)与双鸿(3324-TW)都在扩大液冷布局，但两家采取的策略明显不同。奇𬭎(3017-TW)掌握公版及ASIC专案设计权，并以大规模资本支出提前准备产能；双鸿(3324-TW)则透过泰国新厂分散生产基地，同时以均热片、分歧管及CDU寻找差异化成长空间。

因此，2027年水冷板产能相差近4倍，反映的不只是扩产速度，更是目前客户能见度及供应链地位的差异。不过，产能规模并不会直接等同获利差距，奇𬭎(3017-TW)仍须证明新增产能可以如期开出并维持稼动率；双鸿(3324-TW)则要观察水冷板认证能否完成、CDU出货能否由数百台提升至2,000台，以及高单价In-Row产品占比是否提高。

换句话说，2027年散热双雄的胜负不只看谁拥有更多产能，而是谁能把新产能转化为稳定订单、提高液冷营收占比，并同步反映在毛利率与获利成长。

Electronics、LiquidStack及Vertiv，名单中未见台湾散热双雄奇𬭎(3017-TW)与双鸿(3324-TW)，引发市场关注：台厂是否可能在下一波AI液冷规格竞争中落后？答案目前不能直接下定论。</p>\n<p>随AI晶片功耗持续提高，伺服器散热由气冷转向液冷，CDU也从周边设备升级为控制水流、温度与压力的重要系统。辉达建立认证制度，代表液冷市场的竞争焦点正由单一冷板或零组件，逐步扩大至整套系统的整合与验证能力。</p>\n<p>DSX Electric、Siemens及Eaton等基础设施业者，显示参与DSX供应链并不以直接取得CDU资格为限。</p>\n<p>AI液冷系统除了CDU，还包括冷板、分歧管、快速接头、管路、风扇及机构件，即使终端资料中心采用通过DSX Ready资格的CDU，内部零组件仍可能由不同供应商提供，奇𬭎(3017-TW)与双鸿(3324-TW)也可能透过零组件供应、液冷模组或ODM模式，参与伺服器品牌、云端服务商及系统业者的相关专案。</p>\n<p>因此，这份首波名单较适合解读为「哪些完整CDU产品率先符合辉达参考设计」，不能直接据此判定奇𬭎(3017-TW)与双鸿(3324-TW)遭到抽单，或被排除在液冷供应链之外。两家公司未入列，可能与产品验证进度、合作模式或供应层级不在本次公告范围有关，实际影响仍须等待公司进一步说明，并观察后续客户专案、液冷产品出货及新一波资格名单。</p>\n<p []\">散热双雄2027年真正比的是产能利用率</h2>\n<p>整体而言，奇𬭎(3017-TW)与双鸿(3324-TW)都在扩大液冷布局，但两家采取的策略明显不同。奇𬭎(3017-TW)掌握公版及ASIC专案设计权，并以大规模资本支出提前准备产能；双鸿(3324-TW)则透过泰国新厂分散生产基地，同时以均热片、分歧管及CDU寻找差异化成长空间。</p>\n<p>因此，2027年水冷板产能相差近4倍，反映的不只是扩产速度，更是目前客户能见度及供应链地位的差异。不过，产能规模并不会直接等同获利差距，奇𬭎(3017-TW)仍须证明新增产能可以如期开出并维持稼动率；双鸿(3324-TW)则要观察水冷板认证能否完成、CDU出货能否由数百台提升至2,000台，以及高单价In-Row产品占比是否提高。</p>\n<p>换句话说，2027年散热双雄的胜负不只看谁拥有更多产能，而是谁能把新产能转化为稳定订单、提高液冷营收占比，并同步反映在毛利率与获利成长。</p>\n<p><img
