中华电信与AWS发布数位韧性指南强化政府与企业数位韧性能力

中华电信(2412-TW)与亚马逊(AMZN-US)AWS今(30)日发布《公部门与企业数位韧性指南》白皮书。结合中华电信在地电信网路与资安整合能量、AWS 全球云端服务经验，以及勤业众信治理与风险管理专业，持续透过国际经验分享、交流活动与人才培训，推广「数位韧性」及灾防最佳实务，三方共同强化政府与企业数位服务的运作能力。
中华电信因应资料主权、低延迟及持续营运需求，整合CMCX(CHT Multi-Cloud eXchange)高速直连、多重路由备援及Tier 3等级IDC机房，建立跨地理区域、跨资料中心及跨云环境的备援与灾难复原能力。
同时，中华电信透过资料加密分持、资料备份、系统备援、分散式阻断服务攻击(DDoS)资安防护及电信级高速网路专线，打造涵盖网路、运算、资料到资安的多层次韧性防护架构，协助政府与企业由单点备援提升为整体服务韧性，强化重大事件下的持续营运与快速复原能力。
AWS则表示，面对大规模灾害与数位服务风险，选择合适的云端韧性架构相当重要。透过 AWS 亚太(台北)区域的在地部署，可提供低延迟、资料在地储存等关键优势，更能协助政府与企业建构合规、高韧性的跨区域备援、灾难复原及自动化防护机制。并结合 Amazon Bedrock 生成式 AI 平台、Agentic AI、弹性全球算力扩充与 AWS 成熟的资安防护服务，协助各界加速创新应用落地，兼顾安全、合规与营运效率。
而勤业众信将持续结合全球政府与产业实务经验，协助政府与企业建构安全、可信任且具韧性的科技基础架构与数位治理体系，从数位转型迈向数位韧性，为未来公共服务创新、智慧政府发展及国家竞争力奠定稳固基础。
