Fed 维持利率不变声明大幅精简删除偏向「降息」措辞

美国联准会 (Fed) 新任主席华许 (Kevin Warsh) 上任后，首次主持联邦公开市场委员会 (FOMC) 会议，决策官员周三 (17 日) 一致同意将联邦基金利率目标区间维持在 3.5% 至 3.75% 不变，符合市场预期。不过，最新点状图取消先前对今年降息的预期，并显示年底前仍存在升息可能，反映决策官员对通膨前景转趋谨慎。

〈央行理监事会〉利率连 9 冻看国内通膨压力尚属温和

美国联准会甫公布基准利率维持在 3.50%-3.75% 区间不变，符合市场预期，台湾央行周四 (18 日) 召开第二季理监事会议，也宣布利率连 9 冻，同时，对房市的管控态度并未见新的调整；央行表示，国内通膨展望尚属温和，维持政策利率不变有助整体经济金融稳健发展。

美伊和平协议全文曝光川普称避免「全球经济大萧条」

川普政府周三 (17 日) 公布美国与伊朗达成的 14 点谅解备忘录 (MoU) 全文，美方高层官员将其形容为美国的一项「重大胜利」。

该协议对伊朗作出大幅政治与经济让步，以换取荷姆兹海峡重开，避免全球经济遭受更大冲击，美国总统川普表示，若未能与伊朗达成协议，全球恐陷入「经济大萧条」，并强调市场已对协议投下信任票。

台股无惧联准会放鹰冲 46465 点再创收盘新高

台股周四 (18 日) 无惧美国联准会 (Fed) 放鹰，在台积电 (2330-TW) 领涨，IC 设计及封测、被动元件等族群上攻带动，加权指数上涨 587.81 点或 1.28%，来到 46465.2 点收盘新高，成交量增至 1.54 兆元，周涨 2296.16 点或 5.2%。

台积电 CoPoS 加速布局台湾相关设备与材料商进入验证关键期

AI 半导体需求爆发驱动先进封装技术快速演进，面板级封装 (FOPLP) 成为各方角力的新战场。TrendForce 分析，台积电 (2330-TW)(TSM-US) 短期聚焦 CoPoS (Chip-on-Panel-on-Substrate) 并锁定 310×310mm 基板尺寸，2026 年为相关设备与材料商的验证关键期，预计 2027 年进入试产，并规划于 2028 下半年正式量产。下一阶段布局重点则将转向 Glass Core Substrate，合理量产时程推估落在 2030 年后。

事欣科斩获美国 AST SpaceMobile 订单低轨卫星通讯模组 Q4 出货

国泰世华林启超看下半年：AI 供应链重组助台湾成大赢家 GDP 成长迈向 10%

国泰世华银行周二 (16 日) 举办「2026 下半年全球经济及市场展望」发表会，首席经济学家林启超指出，下半年全球市场将围绕「中东战事、高利率延续、AI 重塑供应链」三大核心。其中，AI 巨头资本支出出现爆发性成长，台湾作为核心受惠者，今年经济成长率 (GDP) 有望强势朝 10% 迈进，台股上市柜公司今、明两年获利更看好突破 7 兆与 9 兆元大关。

〈晶华股东会〉潘思亮：台股创高却呈现 K 型消费国旅则持平

晶华 (2707-TW) 董事长潘思亮周二 (16 日) 表示，台股虽创高但主要看到 K 型经济结构，从丽晶精品的销售状况来看，顶端消费呈现双位数成长，但国旅一般消费成长则相对持平。
