《价值型投资最新产业研究报告》高技（5439-TW）AI伺服器高阶板放量，亚马逊自研AI晶片带动新成长

大盘重挫，但早盘就强势亮灯涨停，还处相对低档一起来研究一下。

高技 (5439-TW) 近期重新受到市场注意，主因是 AI 伺服器与网通板拉货提前升温，带动营收创下历史新高。过去高技 (5439-TW) 给人的印象，多半是印刷电路板厂，但现在随着 AI 伺服器规格升级，公司在高层数板、厚铜板与伺服器主板的角色越来越重要。从最新营收来看，高技 (5439-TW) 2026 年 5 月合并营收达 4.55 亿元，月增 18.72%、年增 24.58%，创下单月历史新高。2026 年前 5 月累计营收达 19.16 亿元，年增 10.59%，代表 AI 伺服器、车用、网通与高阶印刷电路板产品已经开始带动营运往上走。

高技 (5439-TW) 最值得看的方向，是亚马逊云端自研 AI 训练晶片第三代，也就是 AWS Trainium 3。亚马逊云端积极发展自家 AI 晶片，下一代训练晶片预计在 2026 年放量，相关运算机架需要高层数、高材料规格的印刷电路板。高技 (5439-TW) 已切入该平台主板供应链，和其他大型板厂一起供应晶片主板。

这类 AI 伺服器主板难度比一般伺服器高很多。亚马逊自研 AI 训练晶片第三代主板层数高达 26 层，并采用更高阶的低损耗铜箔基板，铜箔规格也升级，目的就是让高速讯号传得更稳、更远、损耗更低。高技 (5439-TW) 长期累积厚铜板与高层数板技术，刚好符合这类 AI 伺服器平台升级需求。

更重要的是，亚马逊新架构不只需要运算主板，中间层还新增交换器板，等於单一 AI 机柜里面需要更多印刷电路板。交换器板同样采用高阶材料与高层数设计，这会提高每台 AI 伺服器机柜的板材用量，也让高技 (5439-TW) 在单一专案里的产值有机会提升。

除了亚马逊云端，高技 (5439-TW) 也有机会受惠一般伺服器平台升级。微软、亚马逊等大型云端客户的新一代伺服器平台，板材层数与材料规格都往上提升，单台伺服器的印刷电路板产值也跟着增加。这让高技 (5439-TW) 不只靠 AI 专案，也能吃到一般伺服器升级的需求。

另一条值得注意的是电源相关应用。AI 伺服器功耗越来越高，资料中心开始导入 48V 电源架构，后续甚至会往高压直流供电发展。这类高压、大电流系统需要更厚铜、更高可靠度的电路板，用在电源供应器与备援电池模组。高技 (5439-TW) 长期擅长厚铜板，这会是公司切入 AI 电力升级的重要基础。

产品组合改善，也是高技 (5439-TW) 今年值得看的地方。随着 AI 伺服器板、网通板、厚铜板占比提高，公司产品单价与毛利结构有机会优于过去。若下半年亚马逊自研 AI 训练晶片相关产品顺利放量，加上一般伺服器平台转换，高技 (5439-TW) 营收与获利都有机会再往上推。

伺服器规格升级，公司在高层数板、厚铜板与伺服器主板的角色越来越重要。从最新营收来看，高技 (5439-TW) 2026 年 5 月合并营收达 4.55 亿元，月增 18.72%、年增 24.58%，创下单月历史新高。2026 年前 5 月累计营收达 19.16 亿元，年增 10.59%，代表 AI 伺服器、车用、网通与高阶印刷电路板产品已经开始带动营运往上走。</p>\n\n<p>高技 (5439-TW) 最值得看的方向，是亚马逊云端自研 AI 训练晶片第三代，也就是 AWS Trainium 3。亚马逊云端积极发展自家 AI 晶片，下一代训练晶片预计在 2026 年放量，相关运算机架需要高层数、高材料规格的印刷电路板。高技 (5439-TW) 已切入该平台主板供应链，和其他大型板厂一起供应晶片主板。</p>\n\n<p>这类 AI 伺服器主板难度比一般伺服器高很多。亚马逊自研 AI 训练晶片第三代主板层数高达 26 层，并采用更高阶的低损耗铜箔基板，铜箔规格也升级，目的就是让高速讯号传得更稳、更远、损耗更低。高技 (5439-TW) 长期累积厚铜板与高层数板技术，刚好符合这类 AI 伺服器平台升级需求。</p>\n\n<p>更重要的是，亚马逊新架构不只需要运算主板，中间层还新增交换器板，等於单一 AI 机柜里面需要更多印刷电路板。交换器板同样采用高阶材料与高层数设计，这会提高每台 AI 伺服器机柜的板材用量，也让高技 (5439-TW) 在单一专案里的产值有机会提升。</p>\n\n<p>除了亚马逊云端，高技 (5439-TW) 也有机会受惠一般伺服器平台升级。微软、亚马逊等大型云端客户的新一代伺服器平台，板材层数与材料规格都往上提升，单台伺服器的印刷电路板产值也跟着增加。这让高技 (5439-TW) 不只靠 AI 专案，也能吃到一般伺服器升级的需求。</p>\n\n<p>另一条值得注意的是电源相关应用。AI 伺服器功耗越来越高，资料中心开始导入 48V 电源架构，后续甚至会往高压直流供电发展。这类高压、大电流系统需要更厚铜、更高可靠度的电路板，用在电源供应器与备援电池模组。高技 (5439-TW) 长期擅长厚铜板，这会是公司切入 AI
