国科会举办AI讲习推行政部门使用AI技术避免触法

随着生成式 AI 乃至 AI Agent(AI 代理人) 技术逐渐深入职场，兼顾工作效率、资安与法规遵循，已成为公务机关的重要课题。国科会副主委苏振纲今 (2) 日指出，同仁经手前瞻技术补助案、顶尖学研成果、科技政策及科学园区管理等业务，皆攸关国家核心竞争力的重要科技机密，在各界关注行政部门运用 AI 之际，更应合法、诚信使用 AI，避免误用违法。
国科会今日举办「从生成式 AI 到 AI Agent 运用：公务泄密与个资保护应注意风险解析」廉政职能讲习。
国科会表示，本次讲习邀达文西个资暨高科技法律事务所所长，律师叶奇鑫担任主讲，透过常见的科技触法案例，深入解析《个人资料保护法》、《著作权法》及《刑法》等法律责任，协助同仁建立正确法治观念与风险意识。
此外，因应近年 Deepfake(深伪) 遭不法人士滥用于诈骗案件，叶奇鑫也针对最新诈骗手法及实际案例进行解析，提醒国科会同仁辨识深伪内容的技巧与防范重点，切实提升「识诈、阻诈」意识与能力，吸引国科会及所属机关上百位同仁参与。
另为让国科会同仁将法治观念落实于日常公务中，国科会政风处也推出「应用生成式 AI 及 AI Agent 工具」指引，针对公务环境中可能遇到的「机密泄漏」、「著作权争议」、「虚假讯息」、「科技诈骗」及「诚信申报」等五大风险主题，提供具体的行为态样分析与预防措施。
