7/8 台股盘前要闻

1. 台股 7 日下挫 1077.28 点掼破月线，收 45479.11 点，外资再砍 547.3 亿元，连 4 卖共 2470 亿元。台北时间 7 日晚间美股四大指数下跌，费半指数盘中大一度大跌逾 900 点，跌幅逾 6%，台指期夜盘一度跌破 45000 点，台积电 ADR(TSM-US) 跌幅约 5%，联电 (UMC-US) 跌幅约 9%。
2. 随着外资持续卖股，新台币同步遭受贬值压力，7 日终场收在 32.143 元，贬值 1.18 角，续创 4 月以来新低价，台北外汇经纪公司成交值缩至 19.46 亿美元。
3. 英特尔 (INTC-US) 证实调涨部分消费级与伺服器级的 CPU 售价，和硕 (4938-TW) 董事长童子贤 7 日针对此事指出，近期许多关键材料陆续涨价，主因为市场需求热络导致缺货，进一步调涨价格是市场常态，认为不必过度担忧。
4. 鸿海 (2317-TW) 董事长刘扬伟 7 日表示，目前 AI 受惠四大类需求，预估未来 3-5 年算力需求只会越来越大；针对 TEEMA(电电公会) 科学园区布局，目前较明朗的有 5 个国家，7-8 月将开始对外招商。
5. 半导体设备厂钛升 (8027-TW) 7 日举行法说会，公司表示，市场原预估玻璃基板要到 2028 年开始试产，但从客户给予的讯息来看，预计 2027 年下半年就会开始进行试产，等于整体制程以及设备的需求是有提早，钛升在玻璃基板供应链耕耘许久，已卡位至少 5 个站点，将同步受惠。
6. 主计总处 7 日公布 6 月消费者物价指数 (CPI) 年增率冲上 2.6%，创 2025 年 2 月以来新高，若扣除蔬菜水果，涨 2.87%，再剔除能源后的总指数 (即核心 CPI) 也涨 2.45%，主要是因油价、金价和电脑设备价格均上涨；而今年上半年 CPI 平均为 1.7%，虽处在通膨警戒线 2% 下，核心 CPI 平均仍涨了 2.03%。
