1. 台股 14 日盘中一度大跌 1726.48 点，但随后电子权值股跌幅收敛，加上塑化、军工、矽晶圆力挺，终场跌 642.57 点或 1.42%，收 44737.95 点，成交量 1.18 兆元。而外资持续减码台股 518.92 亿元，累计连续 8 天共卖超 4037 亿元，并瞄准主动式 ETF 减码，其中，00403A 主动统一升级 50 遭大砍逾 26 万张。

2. 国泰金控 (2882-TW) 14 日公布 2026 年 6 月自结税后纯益 165.9 亿元，累计前 6 月税后纯益达 765.2 亿元，每股税后纯益 (EPS) 4.95 元；加计 FVOCI 股票处分损益，前 6 月对保留盈余之影响数达 1659 亿元，已超越历年全年水准，创下历史新高。主要子公司表现亮眼，国泰世华银行、国泰产险、国泰证券及国泰投信累计税后纯益均创历年同期新高；国泰金控及国泰人寿累计上半年对保留盈余之影响数亦双双创下历史新高。

3. 力积电 (6770-TW) 14 日召开法说会，总经理朱宪国表示，受惠 AI 需求持续强劲，记忆体与成熟制程市场供需同步转紧，公司 7 月已再次调升 DRAM 投片价格约 40% 至 45%，8 吋及 12 吋成熟制程代工价格也上调约 10% 至 15%，预计涨价效益将自 11 月起逐步反映在营收与获利表现。

4. 力积电 (6770-TW) 董事长黄崇仁 14 日表示，公司投入 Wafer-on-Wafer (WoW) 技术已超过六年，目前 8 层 WoW 产品良率已突破 92%，并完成国际先进封装客户验证，是全球少数具备多层 WoW 量产能力的业者，看好随着 AI 晶片朝高频宽、低功耗及高整合度发展，WoW 有望成为下一世代先进封装的重要技术。

5. 台股 14 日开低后，一度下探至 43,654 点，跌幅高达 1,726 点，一举掼破 4 万 5、4 万 4 两道关卡，回测季线，创下一个多月来低点，高价股成为重灾区之一，有多达 11 档个股在盘中触及跌停板，包括旺矽 (6223-TW)、创意 (3443-TW)、世芯 - KY(3661-TW)、力旺 (3529-TW)、群联 (8299-TW) 等。

6. 台塑 (1301-TW) 企业 14 日召开年度调薪协商会议，由台塑集团总裁吴嘉昭亲自定案，宣布今 (2026) 年度集团企业薪资调幅高达 4.5%，不仅超越台塑企业工会原先提出的调涨 3.66% 诉求，更一口气追平在 2011 年度的调薪幅度，员工月均薪资约 6 万 3 千元。据了解，此次调涨薪资为吴嘉昭自去 (2025) 年 8 月上任以来，首度的调薪决策，调薪幅度是第 2 次优于工会提案。

证交所 14 日公告，国巨 *(2327-TW) 再度发生巨额违约交割，凯基林口通报违约交割金额 2651.4 万元，仅两周就发生三起，累计违约交割金额逾 1.06 亿元。

点，但随后电子权值股跌幅收敛，加上塑化、军工、矽晶圆力挺，终场跌 642.57 点或 1.42%，收 44737.95 点，成交量 1.18 兆元。而外资持续减码台股 518.92 亿元，累计连续 8 天共卖超 4037 亿元，并瞄准主动式 ETF 减码，其中，00403A 主动统一升级 50 遭大砍逾 26 万张。\n<img
