联亚涨停只是第一枪？辉达全面导入CPO，8大供应链迎黄金爆发期！

想像一下：你家里的 Wi-Fi 已经够快了，但资料中心里的 AI 训练却像上亿辆车同时挤在单线道高速公路上，传统铜线互连早就喘不过气，功耗爆表、延迟拉高、散热成灾。

辉达（NVDA-US）、博通（AVGO-US）等巨头早就看准这点，全面转向 CPO 与矽光子技术，把光引擎直接封装在交换晶片旁边，像把「光纤高速公路」直接开进晶片心脏。

2026 年下半年，这场转型将从验证期进入实质放量。台积电（2330-TW）的 COUPE 平台已获博通与辉达采用，Spectrum-X 等 CPO 交换器开始出货，CSP 资本支出持续上修。市场预期 2027 年光引擎出货量可达数百万至千万级，台湾供应链从上游磊晶、雷射，到中下游封装、光纤阵列，都将吃到这波结构性红利。法人估计，2026 下半年至 2027 年将是关键爬坡期，供应链获利能见度正快速拉长。

为什么下半年这么被看好？

技术瓶颈突破：800G 仍是主流，但 1.6T/3.2T 加速准备，CPO 解决高功耗与延迟痛点。辉达 Vera Rubin 平台等新架构已明确导入矽光子。
实单拉货启动：不再只是概念，资料中心升级需求已反映在供应链订单上。台积电 COUPE 平台领先，博通 Tomahawk 系列 CPO 交换器进入商用部署。
供应链成熟：封装、测试、雷射等环节逐步到位，2026 下半年量产节奏倾斜，2027 年放量更明显。

对投资人而言，下半年值得留意的不只是 CPO 概念，而是整条供应链开始进入接单、验证到放量的节奏。下半年的 AI 股市大戏，话题将从「纯粹作梦」转向「实质营收与获利兑现」。当先进封装与光学整合的趋势不可逆时，这些掌握关键技术与专利护城河的台厂，就是未来数年成长最为坚实的航道。

联亚 (3081-TW)：磷化铟（InP）磊晶龙头，矽光关键光源供应商。2025 年已成功转盈，全年 EPS 4.66 元，受惠矽光产品出货大增。2026 年矽光需求续强，新增美系 CSP 客户，法人预估 EPS 有望大幅跳升至近 20 元水准，成长动能来自 CW Laser 等高阶产品。利基在 InP 材料与磊晶技术，护城河来自产能扩充（MOCVD 产能倍增）与客户长期绑定，是 CPO 上游光源的核心卡位者。

环宇 - KY(4991-TW) 是国内少数具备 III-V 族化合物半导体磊晶能力的厂商，产品涵盖高速雷射、VCSEL 及光通讯元件。随 AI 高速光模组需求增加，高阶磊晶制程形成技术门槛，也让公司具备高度护城河，今年获利成长爆发。

IET-KY(4971-TW) 同样深耕磷化铟磊晶，是高速光通讯雷射的重要供应商。由于全球高阶磊晶产能有限，加上 1.6T 时代对高速雷射需求快速增加，长期受惠程度相当高。

波若威 (3163-TW) 深耕被动光元件多年，拥有 PLC 分光器、光纤阵列等技术优势，是高速光通讯的重要零组件供应商。未来随 CPO 渗透率提升，可望持续受惠。

上诠 (3363-TW) 最大特色在于光纤连接与 FAU（Fiber Array Unit）技术，是矽光子封装不可或缺的重要元件。由于产品良率与精密组装门槛高，形成不易取代的竞争优势。

联钧 (3450-TW) 获利成长性：高速雷射晶粒封装产能较去年翻倍扩增，高阶产品占光电业务六成以上，带动全年获利与 EPS 展现强劲成长力道。

智邦 (2345-TW) 已成全球 AI 交换器重要供应商，800G 产品快速放量，同时积极布局 1.6T 交换器。随大型云端业者持续扩建 AI 资料中心，高速交换器需求仍将维持高成长，公司具备规模、客户与研发三大护城河。

华星光 (4979-TW) 聚焦高速光收发元件与光主动元件，受惠 AI 资料中心升级，高速产品出货持续提升。随全球光模组需求快速增加，公司营运逐步走出谷底，成长动能持续改善。
