继上半年国内外航空公司陆续释出空服职缺后，台湾虎航 (6757-TW) 今 (27) 日宣布，为因应强劲的成长动能、航网布局，以及 2028 年起将正式引进第三代机队，预计再招募 30 名客舱组员，同时持续开放多个内勤职缺招募。
台湾虎航指出，客运市场蓬勃发展，因此，本次客舱组员招募时间自 8 月 3 日起开放，持续收件至 8 月 16 日，在完成初步的书面资料审核后，将安排 8 月 29 日初试，9 月 5 日进行复试，录取者将于 11 月中报到，若顺利通过相关训练，即可正式成为客舱组员。
台湾虎航说明，报考者需具备中华民国国籍，并拥有教育部认可的国内外大专院校以上学历，在语言能力方面，需达多益 550 分以上成绩，或具备其他检定同等资格证明，若同时具备日语或韩语的会话能力者尤佳，未来录取后的工作地点将视公司业务需求，安排于桃园或高雄。
台湾虎航目前是飞航日本、韩国最多航点的国籍航空，近期祭出多项职场优化措施，例如正式开放客舱组员可配戴眼镜执勤。
