强茂集团发布《2025 ESG永续报告书》首度以集团架构揭露永续成果

在全球产业加速迈向低碳转型与永续发展的趋势下，强茂 (2481-TW) 集团正式发布《2025 ESG 永续报告书》，首次以集团架构完整揭露永续资讯，整合强茂股份有限公司、强茂无锡及璟茂科技于环境 (Environmental)、社会 (Social) 及公司治理 (Governance) 三大面向的管理成果与实践进程，展现集团持续深化永续治理、强化跨据点协作，并携手利害关系人共创永续价值的承诺。

今年的报告书，不仅代表揭露范畴的扩展，更象征强茂集团在治理思维上的重要进程。透过 ONE PANJIT 的共同愿景，集团持续整合治理架构、管理制度与营运资源，串联各据点的永续策略与行动，让永续不再只是个别公司的努力，而是整个集团共同前进的方向。

强茂持续投入节能减碳与能源转型，透过节能改善及再生能源建置，2025 年全年节电约 91.1 万度，减少约 432 公吨 CO₂e 排放；太阳能系统全年发电量突破 263 万度，持续提升绿色能源使用，稳健朝向低碳营运目标迈进。

在责任供应链方

强茂持续依循责任商业联盟（RBA）标准深化供应链永续管理，年度完成 75 家供应商 RBA 稽核，合格率达 100%，并持续落实供应链永续管理，携手合作伙伴打造更具韧性的永续价值链。

在创新与产品发展方面

强茂持续投入功率半导体技术研发，2025 年集团累计有效专利达 102 件，并维持 90 分以上的客户满意度。透过持续精进产品效能与技术创新，强茂不仅提升企业竞争力，更以高效率的半导体解决方案，协助客户提升能源使用效率，携手回应全球低碳转型的挑战。
