公平会正式受理台湾大公开收购精诚溢价已达38%

台湾大(3045-TW)今(17)日指出，旗下子公司台信电讯自8月18日起公开收购精诚资讯(6214-TW)普通股一案，公平交易委员会已于昨(16)日正式受理结合申报，进入审查程序。若以台湾大今天收盘价124元计算，较8月12日公告收购案前，溢价已达38%。台湾大指出，此次公开收购以有效应卖达106,174,796股，约占精诚已发行股份39%，且公平交易委员会不禁止结合为条件成就要件。最高预定收购157,900,979股，约占58%，公开收购期间至10月6日下午3时30分止。&nb
