日本GPIF罕见召开夏季会议市场预期将上调日本公债配置

全球规模最大的退休基金「日本政府年金投资基金(GPIF)」于8月21日罕见召开管理委员会会议，引发市场高度关注。由于8月正值夏季休假季节，召开会议极为反常，这是自2019年以来，时隔7年首度于8月开会。
日本GPIF罕见召开夏季会议市场预期将上调日本公债配置
市场分析师与投资人纷纷猜测，GPIF可能正准备调整资产配置，调高目前设定在25%的日本国内债券配置目标。
市场人士指出，GPIF在今年3月的会议中才得出「无须评估资产配置」的结论，却在短短5个月后重启讨论，极具指标意义。摩根大通策略师 Ikue Saito 指出，如此迅速地重新评估，代表委员会可能正在改变先前的立场，其主要触发因素为日本国债殖利率的急剧攀升。
受日本央行升息步伐可能加快，以及市场担忧高市早苗推行扩张性财政政策将使政府支出扩大等多重因素影响，日本指标性新发10年期国债殖利率自3月初以来已上扬约1个百分点，并于近期触及3.015%，创下1996年以来的高点。
专家分析，目前的利率水准对投资机构而言极具吸引力。Ichiyoshi 资产管理社长秋野充成表示，由于利率环境快速变迁，GPIF重新检视投资组合实属必然，此时增加风险较低的国内公债配置，绝对是值得讨论的策略。
