巴克莱：股市对能源价格与升息敏感度回升恐加剧秋季波动

根据巴克莱银行的最新报告，全球股市对利率与能源价格波动的敏感度已再度上升。在充满变数的9月份，联准会的动向与原油价格，预计将成为主导市场走向的关键催化剂。
巴克莱：股市对能源价格与升息敏感度回升恐加剧秋季波动
由于美伊持续对峙，原油价格再度走高，同时，欧洲天然气价格也创下2023年初以来的新高，尽管仍远低于2022年俄乌能源危机时的峰值。由Emmanuel Cau领衔的巴克莱策略师团队指出，高企且持续时间拉长的能源价格，正进一步加剧通膨与利率的上行压力。
随着通膨居高不下，加上前联准会理事华许(Kevin Warsh)在杰克森霍尔发表鹰派言论，市场目前预期Fed在9月升息的机率约为三分之二，巴克莱经济学家也因此修正了预测，认为今年将再升息两次(分别于9月和12月)。
此外，预计欧洲央行本月也将再升息一次。巴克莱团队指出：「若能源价格维持高位且停滞性通膨疑虑升温，上行风险将随之增加。」
不过，考量到美国经济活动已有放缓迹象，许多鹰派预期可能已反映在价格中，后续公布的非农就业报告与消费者物价指数(CPI)将是重要的检验指标。
虽然强劲的企业获利，先前缓冲了紧缩金融环境对股市的冲击，但此一支持力道正在消退。Cau的团队指出，随着第二季获利潮的尾风已过，总体经济因素重回主导地位，股市近期对利率与油价波动变得更加敏感。
展望秋季，面对各国央行决策、美国期中选举、习川会以及地缘政治风险等密集行程，市场波动可能加剧。对此，巴克莱策略师建议，在年底前利率与油价稳定、大局仍具支撑力的前提下，进行避险并「战术性降低Beta曝险，看来是审慎的做法」。
