乘胜追击！英特尔增资扩至200亿美元趁股价大涨筹银弹挑战台积电

英特尔 (Intel Corporation)(INTC-US) 周一晚间表示，已将原定 150 亿美元的股票发行规模扩大至 200 亿美元。这家晶片制造商趁近期股价大幅回升之际筹资，以扩充更多制造产能。

英特尔表示，这次股票发行定价为每股 95 美元，与上周五增资计划揭露前的收盘价相比，折价 6.5%。英特尔表示，这次发行预估可取得约 197 亿美元资金，将用于一般企业用途。
英特尔曾是全球晶片业的主导企业，如今大举投资新厂及先进封装能力，力图在晶圆代工领域挑战台积电 (TSM-US)(2330-TW) 等业界龙头。
受到股票发行可能稀释现有股东持股及每股获利的疑虑影响，英特尔周一股价收低 4%，以每股 97.52 美元作收，盘后回升 0.8%。
但即使周一收黑，今年来到周一收盘为止仍翻涨两倍，优于超微 (AMD-US)、辉达 (NVDA-US)，以及今年来累计上涨近 75% 的费城半导体指数。
多名分析师表示，随着英特尔股价大涨，该公司透过股权募资为扩产计划筹措资金的可能性也跟着提高。
随着 AI 代理 (AI agents) 发展，中央处理器 (CPU) 需求快速增加，如今已超过英特尔产能。为此英特尔 7 月将今年资本支出预测从 180 亿美元上修至 200 亿美元。
英特尔也承诺 2028 年采用 14A 制程大量生产晶片。该公司先前警告，若无法争取到大型外部客户的青睐，可能会搁置这项先进制程技术。
目前特斯拉 (TSLA-US) 已成为英特尔 14A 制程客户，美国总统川普表示苹果 (AAPL-US) 将采用英特尔制造的处理器后，市场也日益期待英特尔再取得另一家指标性客户。不过，英特尔与苹果均未证实此消息。
