股价腰斩后急救市！SK海力士砸290亿美元回购小摩：2027有望再返还股东至少1300亿美元

南韩记忆体巨擘SK海力士周三(19日)宣布，将以40兆韩元(约290亿美元)回购股份并全数注销，同时将2025–2027年股东回报政策从「至多返还累计自由现金流50%」上调至「50%以上」。对此摩根大通(下称小摩)分析师Jay Kwon测算，扣除已公布计划，到2027年该公司还将向股东额外返还至少180万亿韩元(约1300亿美元)，相当于当前总市值约16%，有望在近期抛售潮中撑住股价。
SK海力士周三表示，目前股价未充分反映业务竞争力、现金创造力与中长期成长性。
救市背景相当急迫。今年初至6月22日高点，SK海力士韩股共涨349%，但随后不到两个月重挫48.61%，周二(18日)美股ADR单日亦跌9.2%，市值回落至1.11兆美元。
事实上， SK海力士在8月7日已预告研究额外股东回报，同日更公布每股375韩元、总额2733亿韩元的季度分红消息。去年9月新劳资协议后，SK海力士更以营业利润10%为资金来源设年度绩效奖金。
一边是AI记忆体景气波动引发的估值回撤，一边是用自由现金流半数以上绑定股东利益，SK海力士正把HBM周期红利以「注销式回购」提前变现给市场，赌的是投资人相信HBM的长期现金牛属性，不会因短期股价斩现而改变。
