〈美股盘后〉美伊协议露曙光道琼尾盘急拉睽违三个月再创收盘新高

美股周四 (21 日) 连续收高，道琼工业指数创下三个多月以来的首次收盘新高，主因市场传出美国与伊朗在巴基斯坦斡旋下已接近达成和平协议，加上美国国务卿卢比欧 (Marco Rubio) 表示，结束伊朗战争的协议已出现「一些好的迹象」，带动市场风险偏好回升。

标普 500 指数微升约 0.2%，那斯达克指数上涨约 0.1%，道琼收涨超 270 点，创历史新高。市场同时持续消化辉达 (NVDA-US) 财报，以及 SpaceX 递交 IPO 申请文件的影响。

油市方面则呈现剧烈震荡，布兰特原油与西德州原油期货早盘一度大涨，但随着美伊和平协议消息传出后迅速由升转跌。

西德州原油期货 (WTI) 下跌近 2%，收每桶 96.35 美元，布兰特原油期货下跌逾 2%，收每桶 102.58 美元。

消息指出，伊朗半官方媒体 ILNA 报导，在巴基斯坦的斡旋下，美伊协议的最终草案已达成一致，内容包括全面停火、保障波斯湾与荷姆兹海峡航行自由，以及逐步解除对伊朗经济制裁。

双方将于七天内针对剩余未决问题展开谈判，但未提及伊朗核浓缩计划。

美国川普重申，对伊朗战争将「很快」结束，汽油价格将「跌至比以前更低的水准」。

美股周四 (21 日) 主要指数表现：

道琼工业指数上涨 276.31 点，或 0.55%，报 50,285.66 点。
那斯达克指数上涨 22.74 点，或 0.09%，报 26,293.10 点。
S&P 500 指数上涨 12.75 点，或 0.17%，报 7,445.72 点。
费城半导体指数上涨 150.80 点，或 0.128%，报 11,964.085 点。
NYSE FANG+ 指数上涨 102.08 点，或 0.59%，报 17,323.71 点。

焦点个股

NYSE FANG+ 指数中的科技五大巨头涨多跌少。Meta (META-US) 上涨 0.38%；苹果 (AAPL-US) 上涨 0.91%；Alphabet (GOOGL-US) 下跌 0.32%；微软 (MSFT-US) 下跌 0.25%；亚马逊 (AMZN-US) 上涨 1.30%。

费城半导体族群普遍收红。AMD (AMD-US) 上涨 0.45%；博通 (AVGO-US) 下跌 0.76%；辉达 (NVDA-US) 下跌 1.77%；应用材料 (AMAT-US) 上涨 0.24%；高通 (QCOM-US) 强涨 5.38%；美光 (MU-US) 大涨 4.11%。

台股 ADR 多收红。台积电 ADR (TSM-US) 涨 1.38%；日月光 ADR (ASX-US) 涨 3.00%；联电 ADR (UMC-US) 上涨 4.50%；中华电信 ADR (CHT-US) 下跌 0.36%。

企业新闻

在 AI 热潮推升下，市场早已习惯辉达持续超预期表现，即使缴出营收与获利双优的亮眼成绩单，辉达 (NVDA-US) 股价周四仍下跌 1.77%，收在每股 219.51 美元。

IBM (IBM-US) 狂飙超 12% 至每股 252.97 美元，《华尔街日报》报导，美国政府周四宣布扩大量子运算布局，将向包括 IBM (IBM-US) 新创事业在内共九家量子运算公司提供补助并取得股权，显示川普政府正将量子科技纳入国家战略投资版图。

格芯 (GlobalFoundries / 格罗方德)(GFS-US) 急升 15% 至每股 81.35 美元。格芯正在进军量子领域，周四宣布成立一家名为「量子技术解决方案」的公司，该公司预计将获美国政府 3.75 亿美元的投资。

金融软体开发商 Intuit (INTU-US) 宣布裁减 17% 的全职员工后，股价周四暴跌超 20% 至每股 307.07 美元。

Applied Digital (APLD-US) 疯涨近 22% 至每股 48.02 美元，公司周三晚间宣布，已与一家美国超大规模资料中心营运商签订了一份新的 15 年租赁协议，用于该营运商的第四个 AI 工厂园区。(APLD 未透露营运商名称)

华尔街分析

The Wealth Alliance 执行长 Robert Conzo 研判，若油价维持在每桶 100 美元以上，可能推升通膨并引发短期市场疑虑，届时市场将面临更多消息面风险。

不过他指出，目前恐慌指数 VIX 约落在 17，显示投资人整体情绪仍偏乐观，主要受惠 AI 热潮、企业获利稳健及低失业率支撑。Conzo 表示：「现在所有人的目光都放在协议进展上。」

油价走势左右了股市的走向，BMO 资本市场策略师 Ian Lyngen 写道：「能源价格飙升实际上是对消费者征税，这将削弱家庭在其他方面的支出随着市场逐步消化能源价格并重新评估合理价位，美债暂时趋于稳定。」

道明证券美国利率策略主管 Gennadiy Goldberg 指出：「我们正处于一个令人不安的境地，利率市场被推高，因为通膨预期上升，联准会预期上升，但增长预期并没有下降，因为能源价格没有达到足以对经济增长造成重大负面影响。」
