小米今(24)日发布玄戒 O3、O100、D100三款自研晶片，被中国官媒央视定调为「中国晶片产业再突破」。
玄戒O3为AI旗舰 SoC，采用自主研发3奈米制程，所有主要模组均部署硬体AI加速器，端侧首词速度提升40%、推理提速 45%、功耗降 26%，安兔兔跑分首破500 万，预计下月搭载于小米 18 Fold旗舰折叠手机。
玄戒O100带宽达1.22TB/s，主攻高带宽AI加速，D100则为中国国内首款3奈米智驾高算力晶片，面向智能驾驶场景。
上述三颗晶片分别涵盖个人终端、端侧AI加速与车载高算力，构成「全生态 AI 算力基座」。
雷军透露，小米重启大晶片研发逾五年，累计投入研发经费超210亿元，团队近3000人专家。他表示，玄戒已成小米全生态AI 算力底座，从手机、座舱到客厅工厂，一套架构贯穿人车家全场景，既是晶片战略，更是AI战略的物理基础。
