中国大陆晶圆代工龙头中芯国际、华虹宏力周四(13日)晚间同步公告2026年第二季财报，两家企业营收、毛利、净利全面优于市场预期，成熟与特色制程在AI需求外溢带动下，明确步入上行周期。中芯国际今年第二季营收首破30亿美元，达30.06亿美元，季增20%、年增36.1%，毛利7.606亿美元，毛利率由首季20.1%跃升至25.3%，单季回升5.2个百分点；归母利润4.79亿美元，季增142.7%。中芯国际指出，第二季营收成长主要受晶圆销量增加、平均售价上升及产品组合变化推动，该季销售晶圆286.
