苹果救折叠机市场 IDC估折叠iPhone上市首年出货突破1,000万部

研究机构IDC预估，苹果(AAPL-US) 备受期待的折叠iPhone将帮助折叠萤幕智慧手机市场摆脱下滑，并在上市首年实现超过1,000万部的出货量。

苹果周三（26日）宣布，将于9月9日在加州库比蒂诺总部举行秋季发表会，市场预期届时将推出首款折叠iPhone、新一代高阶iPhone及Apple Watch。这将是新任执行长特纳斯（John Ternus）掌舵后首度主持新品发表会。
市场普遍认为，折叠iPhone有望带动这一由三星电子七年前率先开拓的产品类别重新焕发生机。IDC预计，该机型定价很高，但仍会吸引一批愿意买单的消费者。
IDC高级研究总监Nabila Popal表示：「尽管售价高达2,500美元，我仍预计这款护照大小的苹果折叠机会非常成功。折叠iPhone瞄准的是一小群非常高阶的消费者，他们会排队购买这款装置。」
折叠萤幕装置通常大小与普通智慧手机相近，但可以像书一样展开，变成类似平板电脑的形态。长期以来，这一产品类别一直是相对小众的市场。
Popal预计，苹果将为这一市场注入新增长动力，并帮助折叠机避免今年出现两位数百分比下滑。IDC预计，该类别今年出货量将增长12.6%，明年增幅扩大至18%，2027年苹果最终将占全球折叠机出货量40%。
