〈纽约汇市〉美元持平日元走弱但仍远高于干预前低点

美元周二 (4 日) 变动不大，外汇市场焦点仍集中在日元走势。虽然日元兑美元回落，但仍明显高于上周美日联手干预汇市前所触及的 40 年低点。

纽约尾盘，追踪美元兑六种主要货币的美元指数 (DXY) 几乎持平，报 99.88。

美国财政部长贝森特 (Scott Bessent) 本周稍早证实，美国已与日本联手进场买进日元，这是 2011 年以来双方首次联合干预汇市，也是美国自 1998 年以来首度直接出手支持日元汇价。

贝森特周二接受 CNBC 采访时表示，美方之所以协助日本，是因为日元持续贬值可能对亚洲金融市场带来不稳定影响。

他表示，「考量到贸易流量、日本经济规模及其对全球储蓄市场的重要性，维持日元稳定非常重要。日本政府了解这点，我们也很荣幸能与日本携手推动相关政策，协助稳定区域市场。」

在此次干预前，日元兑美元一度跌至 164 日元，创下 40 年新低。日元走弱将对高度依赖进口的日本经济带来压力。日本也是全球持有美国公债最多的海外国家，因此日元汇率波动一直受到市场高度关注。

AJ Bell 投资总监 Russ Mould 表示，「这十年来日元贬值幅度之大，以至于华府与东京都不得不联手支撑汇价。不过，美国的参与恐怕并非完全无私。相较于日本首相高市早苗 (Sanae Takaichi) 所面临的债务与通膨问题，美国财长贝森特更担心的是，日本若出售庞大的美国公债部位，可能对市场造成冲击。」

华尔街策略师指出，美国明确表示愿意动用资源协助干预，意味着市场过去认为单一央行受限于外汇存底的「储备上限」限制已大幅降低。

为降低市场干预可能对金融市场造成的冲击，美日两国财政部也表示，未来将利用联准会的外国与国际货币当局附买回机制 (Foreign and International Monetary Authorities, FIMA Repo Facility)，在后续市场操作中提供流动性支持。

Brown Brothers Harriman 市场策略主管 Elias Haddad 表示，「任何反弹都可能只是短暂的，并成为逢高卖出美元兑日元的机会。美日联手干预，加上官员明确表示必要时将再次出手，大幅提高市场与官方对作的成本，也使美元兑日元的上行空间受到更明显限制。」

美元兑日元上涨 0.4%，至 157.76。

美元持平市场聚焦就业数据

在上周受到联准会利率前景不明，以及美日联手干预日元等因素影响而大幅下跌后，美元指数本周大致维持区间整理。

市场本周将持续关注美国劳动市场数据，以寻找联准会 (Fed) 未来利率政策方向的新线索。

美国劳工统计局周二公布，6 月 JOLTS 职缺数为 735.9 万个，低于市场预估的 745.4 万个。5 月职缺数也由原先公布的 759.4 万个下修至 753.7 万个，而 4 月职缺数曾升至 758.5 万个，创下 2024 年 5 月以来新高。

虽然 6 月职缺数低于市场预期，但整体报告仍显示，美国就业市场依旧保持稳健。

这份数据也支持联准会近期将政策重心重新放在抑制通膨。由于充分就业目标目前已大致达成，因此联准会目前更专注于通膨任务。

另一方面，中东冲突导致油价波动，也改变了市场对通膨的预期，并使联准会官员对未来货币政策方向出现分歧。

这周劳动市场数据的重头戏，将是周五公布的 7 月非农就业报告。

其他主要货币方面，欧元兑美元上涨 0.2%，至 1 欧元兑 1.1531 美元。

英镑兑美元也上涨 0.2%，至 1 英镑兑 1.3450 美元。

中东局势持续受到关注。国际油价周二连续第二个交易日下跌，有助于抑制通膨压力。

贝森特接受 CNBC 访问时表示，他相信美国与伊朗正接近达成协议，「我们有机会在今天或明天达成协议，重新开放荷姆兹海峡 (Strait of Hormuz)，让这场冲突逐步回到较为正常的状态。」

此外，卡达表示，促成伊朗冲突外交解决方案的努力仍在持续，目前谈判重点包括局势降温，以及重新开放荷姆兹海峡。

根据媒体报导，作为美国与伊朗之间的重要区域调解者，卡达透露，协议草案文字已经完成，并正在各谈判方之间传阅。

虽然目前各方尚未同意展开直接谈判，但卡达表示，短期内达成一项初步协议仍是目前最主要目标。

style=\"width:50%;height:auto;border-radius:6px;margin:15px auto;display:block;\">\n\n\n纽约尾盘，追踪美元兑六种主要货币的美元指数 (DXY) 几乎持平，报 99.88。\n\n美国财政部长贝森特 (Scott Bessent) 本周稍早证实，美国已与日本联手进场买进日元，这是 2011 年以来双方首次联合干预汇市，也是美国自 1998 年以来首度直接出手支持日元汇价。 \n\n贝森特周二接受 CNBC 年新低。日元走弱将对高度依赖进口的日本经济带来压力。日本也是全球持有美国公债最多的海外国家，因此日元汇率波动一直受到市场高度关注。\n\nAJ Bell 投资总监 Russ Mould 表示，「这十年来日元贬值幅度之大，以至于华府与东京都不得不联手支撑汇价。不过，美国的参与恐怕并非完全无私。相较于日本首相高市早苗 (Sanae Takaichi) 157.76。\n\n美元持平市场聚焦就业数据\n\n在上周受到联准会利率前景不明，以及美日联手干预日元等因素影响而大幅下跌后，美元指数本周大致维持区间整理。\n\n市场本周将持续关注美国劳动市场数据，以寻找联准会 (Fed) 未来利率政策方向的新线索。\n\n美国劳工统计局周二公布，6 月 JOLTS 职缺数为 735.9 万个，低于市场预估的 745.4 万个。5 月职缺数也由原先公布的 759.4 万个下修至 753.7 万个，而 4 月职缺数曾升至 758.5 万个，创下 2024 年 5 月以来新高。\n\n虽然 6 月职缺数低于市场预期，但整体报告仍显示，美国就业市场依旧保持稳健。\n\n这份数据也支持联准会近期将政策重心重新放在抑制通膨。由于充分就业目标目前已大致达成，因此联准会目前更专注于通膨任务。\n\n另一方面，中东冲突导致油价波动，也改变了市场对通膨的预期，并使联准会官员对未来货币政策方向出现分歧。\n\n这周劳动市场数据的重头戏，将是周五公布的 7 月非农就业报告。\n\n其他主要货币方面，欧元兑美元上涨 0.2%，至 1 欧元兑 1.1531 美元。\n\n英镑兑美元也上涨 0.2%，至 1 英镑兑 1.3450 美元。\n\n中东局势持续受到关注。国际油价周二连续第二个交易日下跌，有助于抑制通膨压力。\n\n贝森特接受 CNBC 访问时表示，他相信美国与伊朗正接近达成协议，「我们有机会在今天或明天达成协议，重新开放荷姆兹海峡 (Strait of
