〈台股盘前要闻〉波段反弹6000点一气呵成台指期夜盘先行站上4万6、法说行情动起来

1.台股12日终场收 45518.07 点，上涨 397.35 点，日 K 线连三红，成交量 8587.32 亿元，三大法人合计买超281.79亿元，其中外资买超110.21亿元，呈连三买。台指期夜盘大601点，收46117点，先行突破4万6千点大关。。

2.鸿海(2317-TW)12日召开法说会，轮值CEO蒋集恒表示， AI机柜出货逐季成长的看法不变，第三季出货量估高双位数季增、全年维持倍数以上成长目标；辉达(NVDA-US)新一代AI平台Vera Rubin预计第四季放量出货，将成为明年主力产品，AI伺服器市占率持续提高，朝50%目标迈进。

3.鸿海(2317-TW)12日公告，董事会通过向鑫鸿国际投资购置位于新北市土城区中山路28号土地及地上物，交易金额10亿元，鸿海表示，该基地之地理位置及土地规模符合未来营运发展及空间规划需求，后续将朝光通讯产业、超精密模具及精密成型等相关业务发展方向进行整体规划。

4.AI与高效能运算(HPC)带动测试介面需求持续升温，颖崴(6515-TW)执行副总陈绍焜12日出席SEMICON记者会表示，目前已进入8月，今年整体订单情况大致底定，产业内多数业者产能几乎都已「Full Booking」至年底；展望2027年、甚至未来2至3年，从晶圆测试、测试介面到周边配套设备，目前仍看不到需求转弱的负面讯号。

5.测试大厂京元电(2449-TW)日前宣布赴美设厂，总经理张高薰12日出席SEMICON论坛会后受访表示，此次赴美与过去台商「西进」背景不同，主要是因应客户需求，若美国当地半导体供应链逐步建立完成、唯独缺少测试环节，将造成整体供应链不完整，「如果只缺测试这一块，我们也愿意去扮演这个角色」，补上供应链最后一块拼图。

6.台湾大(3045-TW)12日召开重讯记者会，宣布将透过全资子公司「台信电讯」公开收购精诚资讯(6214-TW)普通股，目标增持至少39%，总持股将过半，全案收购价金上限达291.3亿元。总经理林之晨指出，对于此次收购所产生的综效具高度信心，取得过半股权后，最快今年可大幅提升双方营收与获利。

7.PC品牌华硕(2357-TW)12日召开第二季法说会，共同执行长胡书宾表示，随着下半年记忆体价格涨幅逐渐趋缓，加上高价值产品组合效益显现，PC业务营运将逐渐走出谷底，第三季整体PC业务营收将可实现15%至20%的季成长，年成长率更可望突破20%，营运成长动能维持强劲。
