集邦：2028年全球卫星火箭发射商机达404亿美元这4家台厂可望受惠

研调机构TrendForce指出，Starlink近期完成首批V3卫星部署，借由搭载2,048阵列单元的超大相位阵列天线、降低轨道高度等作法，可提供极低延迟频宽和手机直连卫星服务。随着V3卫星将迈入规模部署，将带动全球卫星火箭发射市场规模于2028年上升至404亿美元，其中升达科(3491-TW)、稳懋(3105-TW)、全讯(5222-TW)、启碁(6285-TW)可望受惠。
TrendForce表示，近年都会区边缘、郊区用户对卫星通讯需求显著增加，促使Starlink全面升级V2 Mini卫星至V3规格。
考量过去V2 Mini部署在距地表500多公里的轨道上，已过于壅塞，为解决传统Ka、Ku频段因讯号密集产生的杂讯干扰，Starlink降低V3卫星轨道至距地表350公里处，不仅大幅缩短传输延迟至20毫秒内，更能为美国、巴西、智利与阿根廷等地的郊区提供单一用户平均上行100-200Mbps、下行1-2 Gbps的极低延迟卫星宽频传输速率，同时支援手机直连卫星的语音服务，以及更高品质的机上连网服务。
由于V3卫星新增V (50–75 GHz)、W (75–110 GHz)等超高毫米波频段，地面接收端的电子扫描阵列天线(ESA)天线单元与整体体积得以缩小。然而，面对超高频讯号衰减严重的挑战，RF前端模组必须朝向高整合度的超高频单片微波集成电路(MMIC)与低功耗材料(如用于高频功率放大器的氮化镓GaN及砷化镓GaAs) 发展，以兼顾微型化与高传输效能。
这项技术转型除了促使Starlink将下一代RF相关模组订单释出给升达科、稳懋、全讯等台湾半导体与微波元件大厂外，亦为具备一站式RF模组整合方案的启碁带来商机。
TrendForce指出，此次V3卫星运载任务由SpaceX的星舰(Starship)火箭执行，卫星成功部署意味星舰完成发射验证。为载送20颗体积庞大的V3卫星，超重型推进器点燃33颗猛禽(Raptor)引擎驱动火箭升空，同步搜集隔热罩性能等关键技术数据。
配合卫星通讯用户数量持续成长，V3卫星将进入规模部署期，加上2028年6G行动通讯技术逐步成形，可望增添卫星、高空平台基地台(HAPS)、无人机整合的新兴应用场景，以上因素将推升以星舰为首的火箭发射需求，预估全球卫星火箭发射市场规模将从2026年的293亿美元，上升至2028年的404亿美元。
从火箭成本的角度分析，相较目前主要使用的Falcon 9仅能回收第一节火箭，星舰具备回收第一节火箭(超重型推进器)、第二节火箭的能力，帮助SpaceX从每次为新任务制造新火箭，转为仅需支付例行性维护费用，单次火箭运载成本也从数千万美元降至数百万美元，预期这项改变能缓解SpaceX现金流压力，并投入更多资金在太空AI在轨运算等新兴服务。
