台积电董事会、MSCI台股权重三升、主计总处估今年GDP冲11.05% 本周大事回顾

台积电周二(11日)召开董事会，第二季配息维持7元，并宣布与索尼成立合资公司；MSCI周五(14日)公布最新季度调整，台股此次在三大指数权重全面调升；主计总处周五公布台湾最新GDP预测，预估今年将冲上11.05%，以下为本周大事回顾：

〈台积电董事会〉Q2配息维持7元首次提供外资美元股利选择

台积电 (2330-TW)(TSM-US) 周二 (11日) 召开董事会，共拍板四大议案，包括通过第二季财报、核准配发第二季现金股利 7 元、核准资本支出 294 亿美元以及与索尼合资成立新公司，其中，第二季现金股利维持 7 元，预计 2026 年 12 月 10 日除息，并于 2027 年 1 月 7 日发放，值得注意的是台积电本次股利发放开始提供外资股东美元股利的选择。

另外，也宣布与索尼半导体解决方案公司 (Sony)签署具法律效力之最终合作协议，于日本熊本县合志市成立合资公司 Advanced Vision Semiconductor Manufacturing Corporation。此合资公司将采用先进制程技术，作为量产智慧型手机影像感测器所需之研发及制造的核心枢纽，并预计于 2029 年开始量产。

〈MSCI调整〉台股权重三升8/31收盘生效华邦电、南电等6档入列标准指数

MSCI明晟周五(13日)公布最新季度调整，台股本次在三大指数权重全面调升，而 MSCI 台湾指数成份股中，南亚科(2408-TW)、华邦电(2344-TW)、群联(8299-TW)、南电(8046-TW)、台燿(6274-TW)、景硕(3189-TW) 等 6 档新增入列，最新权重将在8/31收盘生效。

主计总处估今年台湾GDP将冲上11.05% 创近40年来最高

主计总处周五(14日)公布今明年台湾经济成长率(GDP)最新预测值，由于上半年经济成长14.15%，上修1.50个百分点，下半年预测成长8.27%，上修1.33个百分点，使全年GDP将冲上11.05%，上修1.41个百分点，创1988年以来最高纪录，而消费者物价指数(CPI)年增率2.07%略高于台湾央行通膨警戒线2%。

〈鸿海法说〉Q3 AI机柜出货量估高双位数季增 Vera Rubin Q4放量

鸿海(2317-TW)周三(12日)召开法说会，轮值CEO蒋集恒表示， AI机柜出货逐季成长的看法不变，第三季出货量估高双位数季增、全年维持倍数以上成长目标；辉达(NVDA-US)新一代AI平台Vera Rubin预计第四季放量出货，将成为明年主力产品，AI伺服器市占率持续提高，朝50%目标迈进。

整体而言，第三季AI业务持续成长，加上ICT产品下半年进入旺季，预期整体营收强劲季、年增；全年也维持强劲成长看法，且在AI需求持续强劲下，正向看待明年。

〈广达法说〉今年产能将较2025年翻倍 AI伺服器能见度看至2028年

广达(2382-TW)周四(13日)公告最新财报并召开法说会，上半年税后纯益498.44亿元，每股纯益12.92元，创历史新高。广达指出，整体AI伺服器需求维持强劲，预期全年AI伺服器营收将倍增，且至今年底产能将翻倍，AI伺服器能见度已看至2028年。

台湾大斥资上限291亿元、溢价29.5%收购精诚股权目标持股过半

台湾大(3045-TW)周三(12日)召开重讯记者会，宣布将透过全资子公司「台信电讯」公开收购精诚资讯(6214-TW)普通股，目标增持至少39%，总持股将过半，全案收购价金上限达291.3亿元。总经理林之晨指出，对于此次收购所产生的综效具高度信心，取得过半股权后，最快今年可大幅提升双方营收与获利。
