〈焦点股〉SK海力士拟砸10兆韩元赴日设厂 2档日本半导体ETF应声强涨

南韩记忆体大厂SK海力士正评估于日本宫城县兴建记忆体制造厂，投资规模上看10兆韩元。根据过往经验，外资企业赴日设厂时，通常需导入部分日本本土供应链，若该投资案最终拍板，将显著带动日本半导体设备与材料供应商受惠，为产业注入强劲利多。受此消息与产业前景激励，在台挂牌的日本股票 ETF 今(24)日盘中普遍走扬。
相较于以大盘为主的日经225相关ETF表现较疲弱，聚焦半导体产业的ETF表现格外突出，其中，中信日本半导体(00954-TW) 及台新日本半导体(00951-TW) 涨势领先，盘中涨幅高居所有日本ETF前两名。
统计至8月21日，中信日本半导体ETF囊括日本最具竞争力的半导体设备、测试及材料龙头企业，其中爱德万测试(Advantest)、东京威力科创(Tokyo Electron)及迪思(Disco)等个股持股比重皆超过10%。
今日亚股整体走势呈现震荡整理，主因美国PCE数据及辉达(NVIDIA)财报即将公布，市场观望气氛浓厚。日经指数则于66,000点附近高档盘整，但半导体族群表现相对亮眼。法人表示，日本半导体类股上周虽经历一波修正，但并非产业基本面出现变化，随着评价面回落至合理区间，买盘自然回流，显见逢低承接力道持续增温。
中信日本半导体ETF经理人许家瑜表示，在云端服务供应商(CSP)持续扩大AI资本支出的带动下，晶圆厂与记忆体厂的扩产及技术升级步调加快。目前AI产业仍处于「淘金热」阶段，各业者积极投入资源抢占市场，相较之下，更看好位于半导体产业链中上游、扮演「卖铲者」角色的设备与材料供应商。
许家瑜进一步指出，晶圆厂与记忆体厂扩产需持续采购设备，而设备厂在完成验收后即可认列营收。在CSP加码投资AI基础建设的环境下，日本半导体产业透过每月公布的销售数据，展现出高度成长动能。除了当前获利能见度高之外，未来即使AI应用逐步成熟，相关基础建设需求仍将持续存在，不致轻易消退。
