新台币今(25)日一度小升，多数时间呈现贬值走势，终场收在31.868元，贬值1.4分，台北外汇经纪公司成交值再缩至13.31亿美元，市场静待全球央行年会中联准会主席的演说、辉达公布财报。
新台币今日以31.86元、贬值0.6分开出后，最高来到31.82元，最低则见31.908元，高低价差仅8.8分，处在区间整理格局。
观察主要亚币，日元、韩元和泰铢贬值近0.2%，新台币收贬0.04%，星元和人民币平盘左右，美元指数则小幅反弹近0.1%。
统一投顾表示，尽管美国财政部扩大公债回购计划，但美国债务突破 40 兆美元，市场担忧财政压力。
本周有全球央行年会，市场高度关注联准会新任主席的华许的政策演说，此牵动9月利率决策预期，也紧密连动近期美债殖利率走势和国际资金动向。
同时，NVIDIA 将公布财报，被解读为风险资产投资风向球，市场检视 AI庞大的资本支出能否顺利转化为实质营收。
