国立中央大学台湾经济发展研究中心今(27)日公布8月消费者信心指数(CCI)总指数为65.01点，较上月上扬 0.43 点，六项调查指标中有四项上升，不过，投资股票时机指标下滑，反映台股处高档震荡，令投资人心态先行观望，信心创3个月来相对低点。
台经中心指出，上升幅度最多的指标为「未来半年就业机会」，本月调查为73.32点，较上月弹升 1.13点；其次为「未来半年物价水准」36.57点，月升 0.75点，为今年3月以来相对高点，显示民众对通膨压力的预期缓和；「未来半年家庭经济状况」78.12点，月升0.7点。
而上升幅度最少的指标为「未来半年国内经济景气」，调查为81.2点，月升0.67点。
此次下降幅度最多的指标为「未来半年投资股票时机」，调查为27.72点，月减 0.36点；而「未来半年购买耐久性财货」93.14点，也较上月下降0.29点。
从绝对水准来看，六项指标均偏向悲观。
另外，「购买房地产时机」指标调查结果为90.03点，月减 0.1点。
