《价值型投资最新产业研究报告》联发科 (2454-TW) 辉达入股深化合作，机柜级人工智慧开启新成长

庆龙老师昨天说回档还是持续看好，今天涨停，买在利多之前。联发科 (2454-TW)与辉达宣布深化长期合作，辉达同时认购联发科 (2454-TW)发行的35亿美元海外可转换公司债。这笔资金占本次39亿美元发行规模近九成，合作关系也从共同开发产品，进一步连结到长期资本布局。

这次公告最重要的词是「机柜级」。联发科 (2454-TW)近年累积客制化晶片、先进封装、高速互连与节能系统晶片能力，如今可把设计范围延伸到整套资料中心系统的整合。客户交付运算需求后，联发科 (2454-TW)能从晶片、记忆体、封装与连接方式一路协同设计，让客制化运算晶片更快进入可部署的人工智慧机柜。

双方合作采用辉达的NVLink Fusion平台。它提供已经整合及验证的高速互连、晶片间连接、记忆体架构与机柜系统基础，联发科 (2454-TW)替客户开发的客制化运算晶片，可以直接与辉达的处理器、网路设备及人工智慧工厂架构协同运作。客户少走一段从晶片完成后重新验证整套系统的路，量产与部署速度也更有机会加快。

联发科 (2454-TW)在这项合作中提供客制化晶片设计、高效能与低功耗技术、先进封装、高速讯号传输及量产供应链经验。辉达则提供成熟的加速运算平台、软体工具、高速互连和机柜级生态。两边的能力接在一起，联发科 (2454-TW)可承接更多云端服务商与大型资料中心的自研晶片需求，辉达也能把既有生态延伸到客制化晶片市场。

合作已有实际产品基础。双方共同开发的GB10超级晶片已用于DGX Spark个人人工智慧超级电脑，并将合作延伸到新一代个人电脑晶片。这次再加入云端人工智慧基础设施，代表联发科 (2454-TW)与辉达的合作从本地运算进入更大规模的资料中心，后续也会延续到智慧汽车平台。

对联发科 (2454-TW)而言，客制化晶片业务的价值正在改变。公司不只承接一颗晶片的设计，还能参与高速互连、记忆体、封装与整机柜配置。参与层次提高后，与客户共同开发的时间更长，能切入的专案内容也更完整。这正是公司把人工智慧事业提升到系统级设计后，最直接的成长空间。

35亿美元可转债带来的讯号同样明确。辉达以资本投入支持双方长期合作，也让联发科 (2454-TW)在云端人工智慧供应链中的位置更清楚。联发科 (2454-TW)可以依靠既有机柜生态拓展客户，把研发资源集中在各家云端业者真正需要差异化的运算、功耗与封装设计。

接下来研究重点放在客制化运算晶片的客户导入、量产进度，以及NVLink Fusion合作能否带来更多机柜级专案。联发科 (2454-TW)原有手机、连网与消费性产品提供稳定的技术底座，云端人工智慧则打开更高层次的系统整合市场。当共同设计陆续转成出货，这项长期合作有机会成为新的营运主轴。
