材料-KY营运动能回复中今股东临时会对额定资本增加至20亿元

材料-KY(4763-TW)营运动能正持续回复中，2026年上半年税后纯益18.31亿元，每股纯益1.85元。同时，材料-KY对2025年下半年股息3.05元，明( 16)日除息交易，而材料-KY今(15)日召开股东临时会也通过修订公司章程额定资本由目前10亿元增至20亿元。
由于材料-KY对2025年上半年并未配发股利，等于在2025年每股纯益6.1元，全年配发3.05元股息，盈余配发率50%。
材料-KY大提高额定资本额至20亿元，主要在于可能为进行扩张而进行的可能包括发行可转债或发行现增股的筹资动作，而依目前估计，材料-KY最快的市场筹资措施，也要到2027年出现才会出现。
材料-KY 2026年第二季营收27.43亿元，毛利率40.89%，季减14.69个百分点，年减17.34个百分点，税后纯益7.17亿元，季减35.73%，年减57.92%，每股纯益0.72元。累计上半年营收55.54亿元，毛利率48.06%，年减10.28个百分点，上半年税后纯益18.31亿元，年减5.95%，每股纯益1.85元。
材料-KY在2026年8月营收10.4亿元，月减1.7%，年增20.82%，2026年1-8月营收76.53亿元，年减20.91%。材料-KY指出，公司持续深化新兴市场布局，营运动能稳步回升。
客户仍在进行库存调整，但整体产业库存水位已逐步回归健康区间，预期补库存需求可望逐步浮现。同时，公司持续透过优化交期管理与供应链协作，掌握客户回补库存及新增订单机会。
