野村投信最新台股看法--【台股操盘人笔记】Fed利率会议后，Vera Rubin接棒基本面行情

野村脚勤观点：
CSP迎向2028年现金流转折点
近期科技股评价承压，主要疑虑之一在于CSP庞大的AI资本支出能否创造相应回报，特别是自由现金流（FCF）转负，更是令市场戒慎恐惧。但很有趣的是，彭博资料显示CSP营运现金流自2023年以来一直维持25%以上的高速年增，2026年预估成长率更是高达30%，显示AI资本支出并非只有投入，事实上已逐步转化为CSP的真实获利。而依目前公开资料，美国资料中心数量预计在2028年将大幅增加至300座，恰好对应多数券商预估自由现金流转正的时点。换言之，无论是CSP大量举债(成本约7-8%)亦或是持续投入自家资金，随着2028年逐步接近、资料中心开始大量贡献营收，市场对资本支出的疑虑将逐渐淡化，评价焦点也将重新回到强劲的获利与现金流成长。

经理人视角：
大盘利空因素：
（一）AI资本支出强劲：四大CSP 2027年资本支出上修至1兆美元，AI基础建设的投资循环尚未见顶
（二）Vera Rubin大量出货：预期Q3末~Q4初，相关供应链月营收可望逐月显著成长
（三）获利上修趋势不变：野村投信内部股票池估2026年EPS YoY上修至74%，连续第8个月上修
大盘利空因素：
（一）非基本面杂音干扰：美伊战事/通膨压力/利率方向，相关变数持续为股市带来估值修正压力
（二）CSP自由现金流转负：评估短期对资本支出影响有限，但若加速恶化，或影响未来资本支出节奏
Fed利率会议后，Vera Rubin接棒基本面行情
Fed主席Warsh在全球央行年会上重申，货币政策最重要的任务，就是让通膨回到2%目标。尽管发言立场偏鹰，但若观察其重视的达拉斯PCE及克里夫兰CPI指标，两者自2023年以来均持续下滑，并稳步朝2%靠拢，显示通膨整体仍处于受控的状况。近期台、美股难以突破前高，原因之一正是通膨压力推高美债殖利率，进而压抑科技股评价；然而，考量通膨依然受控，股债市很可能过度反映了政策紧缩风险。更重要的是，通膨受控、就业市场稳健，美国并不具备连续升息的明确条件，即使Fed于9月升息一码，也更像是一次性调整，而非紧缩循环的开始；反而随着悬而未决的不确定性消除，股市有望在消化震荡后迎来「利空出尽」，并随着Vera Rubin在Q3末~Q4初进入大量出货阶段，相关供应链营收能见度可望大幅提升，预期将是接下来市场资金的关注焦点。

\n近期科技股评价承压，主要疑虑之一在于CSP庞大的AI资本支出能否创造相应回报，特别是自由现金流（FCF）转负，更是令市场戒慎恐惧。但很有趣的是，彭博资料显示CSP营运现金流自2023年以来一直维持25%以上的高速年增，2026年预估成长率更是高达30%，显示AI资本支出并非只有投入，事实上已逐步转化为CSP的真实获利。而依目前公开资料，美国资料中心数量预计在2028年将大幅增加至300座，恰好对应多数券商预估自由现金流转正的时点。换言之，无论是CSP大量举债(成本约7-8%)亦或是持续投入自家资金，随着2028年逐步接近、资料中心开始大量贡献营收，市场对资本支出的疑虑将逐渐淡化，评价焦点也将重新回到强劲的获利与现金流成长。\n\n经理人视角： \n大盘利空因素： \n（一）AI资本支出强劲：四大CSP 2027年资本支出上修至1兆美元，AI基础建设的投资循环尚未见顶 \n（二）Vera Rubin大量出货：预期Q3末~Q4初，相关供应链月营收可望逐月显著成长 \n（三）获利上修趋势不变：野村投信内部股票池估2026年EPS YoY上修至74%，连续第8个月上修 \n大盘利空因素： \n（一）非基本面杂音干扰：美伊战事/通膨压力/利率方向，相关变数持续为股市带来估值修正压力 \n（二）CSP自由现金流转负：评估短期对资本支出影响有限，但若加速恶化，或影响未来资本支出节奏 \nFed利率会议后，Vera Rubin接棒基本面行情 \nFed主席Warsh在全球央行年会上重申，货币政策最重要的任务，就是让通膨回到2%目标。尽管发言立场偏鹰，但若观察其重视的达拉斯PCE及克里夫兰CPI指标，两者自2023年以来均持续下滑，并稳步朝2%靠拢，显示通膨整体仍处于受控的状况。近期台、美股难以突破前高，原因之一正是通膨压力推高美债殖利率，进而压抑科技股评价；然而，考量通膨依然受控，股债市很可能过度反映了政策紧缩风险。更重要的是，通膨受控、就业市场稳健，美国并不具备连续升息的明确条件，即使Fed于9月升息一码，也更像是一次性调整，而非紧缩循环的开始；反而随着悬而未决的不确定性消除，股市有望在消化震荡后迎来「利空出尽」，并随着Vera
