《价值型投资最新产业研究报告》高力 (8996-TW) 燃料电池订单升温，液冷与自备电力需求同步扩张

持续看好高力 (8996-TW)基本面与美国巨头Bloom Energy，还有大客户甲骨文的合作关系。近期处置但股价不弱，一起来趁出关前进行深入研究。高力 (8996-TW)的产品同时切入燃料电池与资料中心液冷，成长动能直接连结人工智慧基础设施的电力和散热需求。

高力 (8996-TW)8月营收12.04亿元，月增30.48%、年增112.84%，前八月累计营收78.55亿元，年增115.03%，并已超过去年全年营收。公司公告指出，前八月板式热交换器营收年增18.73%，热能产品年增158.14%，显示燃料电池与散热业务都在扩大。

高力 (8996-TW)长期累积金属板片成形、真空硬焊与流道设计能力。板式热交换器利用多层金属板片在有限空间快速交换热能，可用在热泵、工业设备、燃料电池与资料中心冷却系统。资料中心功耗提高后，产品也由单一热交换元件延伸到冷却液分配单元、水冷分歧管与背门式热交换器等完整液冷应用。

燃料电池业务的核心客户为Bloom Energy。Bloom Energy的固态氧化物燃料电池能在资料中心现场持续发电，缩短等待电网扩建与大型变压器的时间。高力 (8996-TW)供应系统所需的热能与热交换零组件，Bloom Energy出货规模提高，会直接增加相关零组件需求。

Bloom Energy今年4月宣布扩大与甲骨文合作，主服务协议涵盖最高2.8吉瓦燃料电池容量，已有1.2吉瓦完成签约并在美国专案部署。双方先前一座系统仅用55天完成运转，甲骨文借此加快人工智慧与云端资料中心取得电力的速度。这条合作链把高力 (8996-TW)的燃料电池零组件需求连到大型云端客户的实际建设。

Bloom Energy在9月16日公布800伏特直流供电架构，固态氧化物燃料电池可在现场直接产生持续的直流电，减少交流转直流所需的变压器、开关设备与转换环节。下一代人工智慧机柜朝高电压直流供电发展，现场燃料电池因此从备援设备走向资料中心主要电力方案。

液冷是高力 (8996-TW)另一条成长线。人工智慧晶片功耗提高，伺服器散热由气冷转向水冷，冷却液分配单元需要高效率热交换器把机柜热量带走。高力 (8996-TW)已从板式热交换器延伸到分歧管与系统组件，8月散热部门出货回升，也反映先前递延需求开始回补。

既有板式热交换器市场也在升级。欧洲热泵逐步采用低环境负荷冷媒，产品需要更低冷媒充填量、更小压降与更高耐压设计。这些规格与资料中心液冷追求高热传密度、低压降及小型化的方向接近，让高力 (8996-TW)原有制程能力可以跨入更多高阶应用。

为承接燃料电池与液冷订单，高力 (8996-TW)已透过中坜租用厂房加快增产，并取得中坜土地与厂房；高雄桥科新厂和泰国厂也持续推进。后续研究重点放在Bloom Energy对甲骨文专案的部署节奏、燃料电池零组件出货、液冷产品回升与新产能开出。当资料中心同时面对供电与散热两项需求，高力 (8996-TW)在这两条供应链都有实际产品可以承接。

(8996-TW)长期累积金属板片成形、真空硬焊与流道设计能力。板式热交换器利用多层金属板片在有限空间快速交换热能，可用在热泵、工业设备、燃料电池与资料中心冷却系统。资料中心功耗提高后，产品也由单一热交换元件延伸到冷却液分配单元、水冷分歧管与背门式热交换器等完整液冷应用。\n\n燃料电池业务的核心客户为Bloom Energy。Bloom Energy的固态氧化物燃料电池能在资料中心现场持续发电，缩短等待电网扩建与大型变压器的时间。高力 (8996-TW)供应系统所需的热能与热交换零组件，Bloom Energy出货规模提高，会直接增加相关零组件需求。\n\nBloom Energy今年4月宣布扩大与甲骨文合作，主服务协议涵盖最高2.8吉瓦燃料电池容量，已有1.2吉瓦完成签约并在美国专案部署。双方先前一座系统仅用55天完成运转，甲骨文借此加快人工智慧与云端资料中心取得电力的速度。这条合作链把高力 (8996-TW)的燃料电池零组件需求连到大型云端客户的实际建设。\n\nBloom Energy在9月16日公布800伏特直流供电架构，固态氧化物燃料电池可在现场直接产生持续的直流电，减少交流转直流所需的变压器、开关设备与转换环节。下一代人工智慧机柜朝高电压直流供电发展，现场燃料电池因此从备援设备走向资料中心主要电力方案。\n\n液冷是高力 (8996-TW)另一条成长线。人工智慧晶片功耗提高，伺服器散热由气冷转向水冷，冷却液分配单元需要高效率热交换器把机柜热量带走。高力 (8996-TW)已从板式热交换器延伸到分歧管与系统组件，8月散热部门出货回升，也反映先前递延需求开始回补。\n\n既有板式热交换器市场也在升级。欧洲热泵逐步采用低环境负荷冷媒，产品需要更低冷媒充填量、更小压降与更高耐压设计。这些规格与资料中心液冷追求高热传密度、低压降及小型化的方向接近，让高力 (8996-TW)原有制程能力可以跨入更多高阶应用。\n\n为承接燃料电池与液冷订单，高力
