【量大强涨股整理】台股走出利空出尽格局？IC设计扩散效应加持　主流股已呼之欲出？

加权指数今日开高走高，终场大涨892.75点，收在47,180.75点，涨幅1.93%，成交值放大至1兆750.65亿元。

观察三大法人今天筹码动向，外资及陆资买超869.94亿元，投信买超52.89亿元，自营商买超243.03亿元，三大法人合计买超1,165.86亿元，三大法人同步站在买方，其中外资大举回补，显示升息消息落地后，市场资金重新回流台股。

美国联准会Fed日前宣布升息1码，虽然年底仍存在进一步升息可能，但市场在利率决策落地后，短线不确定性开始降低，加上油价及美债殖利率压力缓和，美股科技与半导体族群重新转强，费城半导体指数大涨3.14%，(TSM-US)台积电ADR也上涨3%，(UMC-US)联电ADR更大涨8.61%，成为今日台股电子股强势反弹的重要外部推力。

回到台股，加权指数今日开高走高，终场大涨892.75点，收在47,180.75点，涨幅1.93%，成交值放大至1兆750.65亿元，指数重新站回4万7千点大关，并以接近全日高点作收，同时重新站回所有均线之上，市场多方气势明显回温，目前加权指数不仅成交量放大至兆元以上，且三大法人同步买超合计千亿元，在不确定因素消除后，台股就回归基本面走势，央行大升今年GDP成长至11.48％，台股上市柜8月营收创高飞越6兆元法人看好全年获利冲7兆元，基本面无虞，整体而言，Fed升息消息落地后，市场短线不确定性降低，台股在外资大幅回补及美股科技股反弹带动下强势站回4万7，未来有望续攻向上。

从盘面结构来看，今天已经不只是权值股反弹，而是资金开始由大型权值股向

IC设计、ASIC、封测、测试、光通讯等中小型电子股扩散，其中IC设计与ASIC族群表现尤其突出，(3443-TW)创意突破7,000元并创历史新高，(3094-TW)联杰、(4919-TW)新唐同步亮灯涨停，(6526-TW)达发盘中也一度攻上涨停，显示AI与客制化晶片题材开始出现更明显的族群扩散效应，而是「资金开始扩散」这件事。从台积电、联发科等权值股，到IC设计、ASIC，再延伸至封测、测试及光通讯，市场开始出现由上游核心晶片一路向下游供应链扩散的结构，若后续法人买盘与成交量能持续，这种族群轮动是否进一步形成新的主流，将是接下来台股最值得观察的方向。

另一方面，封测与测试供应链也全面点火，(8110-TW)华东、(6830-TW)泛铨同步亮灯，(2449-TW)京元电子盘中涨幅超过5%，显示市场资金并非只集中在IC设计，而是进一步往AI晶片测试、先进制程检测及封装测试供应链延伸。AI晶片功耗提高、测试复杂度增加，加上记忆体需求回温，让封测与测试族群同时具备产业基本面与AI题材支撑。

权值股方面，(2330-TW)台积电，上涨35元，收在2,460元，涨幅1.44%，受到台积电ADR大涨3%带动，股价重新走强。随AI运算需求持续增加，先进制程、先进封装及AI伺服器仍是市场主要成长题材，台积电近期股价重新站回高档区，也持续扮演台股多方重要指标。

(2454-TW)联发科，上涨210元，收在4,710元，涨幅4.67%，AI ASIC题材持续受到市场关注。公司近年积极从手机SoC延伸至AI资料中心、AI PC及车用AI市场，今日旗下(6526-TW)达发一度攻上涨停，(6533-TW)晶心科同步走强，联发科集团的IC设计题材也出现明显扩散。

(2303-TW)联电今日开高走高，盘中最高来到160.5元，终场收156元，上涨5.76%，联电ADR大涨8.61%成为重要催化剂。集团旗下(3094-TW)联杰及(6168-TW)宏齐同步亮灯涨停，搭配半导体族群全面回温，使联电集团成为今日盘面资金关注焦点之一。

ASIC题材持续受到市场关注。公司近年积极从手机SoC延伸至AI资料中心、AI
