一、为什么说这波「AI 主线是涨真的」？

前一段时间台股频频出现「拉积盘」，只见台积电(2330-TW)独秀。但本周最震撼的现象，是资金展现出完美的「链结性攻击」。从晶片设计、先进封装、高阶载板到电源散热，整条 AI 供应链全面同步点火！

1.涨的是「刚需瓶颈」，不是虚无题材

这波领涨的环节，全是 AI 伺服器出货的命脉：

矽智财（IP）与 ASIC：股王信骅(5274-TW)成为台股首档突破 2 万元大关的神级指标；创意(3443-TW)强势亮灯涨停，联发科(2454-TW)与世芯-KY(3661-TW)同步大涨，宣告云端服务大厂（CSP）自研晶片需求全面爆发。
先进封装与 ABF 载板：日月光投控(3711-TW)，京元电子(2449-TW)走强；欣兴(3037-TW)、南电(8046-TW)双双强攻！高阶 CoWoS 封测与 ABF 载板是高阶运算不可或缺的产能瓶颈，法人大买回补意味浓厚。
