1.台股上周在中秋连假前涨843点，站稳48000点大关，周线连2红，外资终结连3卖，筹码面和技术面均看多，台股交易员认为，尽管美伊谈判的不确定性高，令油价剧烈波动，恐将冲击市场对科技股的短期信心，但在系统性风险未形成前，川普总统在美国期中选举前的「多头总司令」地位仍值得期待，看好台股有机会于中秋节后逐步展开第四季旺季行情，唯在成交量没有特别表现前，先注意小型股轮流表现，乐观看指数区间高点上看49000点。

2.世界先进(5347-TW)暨VSMC董事长方略28日表示，AI浪潮对全球半导体产生明显的产能排挤效应，不只AI相关需求强劲，许多非AI应用的成熟制程产能也同步受到挤压，世界先进目前8吋产能利用率已经「彻底爆掉」，大家都嫌不够，预期此次AI浪潮带来的缺货效应将持续相当长的一段时间。

3.NXP总裁暨执行长Rafael Sotomayor24日出席VSMC开幕典礼表示，VSMC新加坡12吋晶圆厂正式启用，不仅是VSMC的重要里程碑，也是新加坡半导体产业与全球供应链的重要一步。新厂将聚焦40至130奈米制程，生产混合讯号、电源管理及类比等产品，除满足NXP市场对成熟制程的长期需求，也将成为未来Physical AI (实体AI) 发展的重要制造基础，此次也是NXP自2015年收购Freescale Semiconductor以来最大规模的一笔投资。

4. 2026年 8月上路的青安3.0第一张成绩单出炉，开办首月共受理4605户，虽然较7月增约17.6%，但仍比青安2.0平均每月约5000户的申办量略低；首月的拨贷户数则仅有175户，平均每户拨贷金额来到930.9万元，较青安2.0时期增加超过百万元，每户平均背债金额改写青安系列贷款新高。

5.汉翔(2634-TW)24日宣布，国机国造指标机种勇鹰号高级教练机最后2架交机，国造勇鹰66架量产全数完成，为历时9年余的新式高教机研发和量产任务画下句点，汉翔董事长曹进平表示，一项艰巨任务完成，也为下一阶段军机维修、升级、后勤支援和新案能量，留下完整的产制与整合经验，接下来原厂汉翔提供的全寿期合约全面展开。

6.最低工资审议会24日拍板自116年1月1日起，每月最低工资由现行29,500元调升至30,900元，调幅达4.745%；每小时最低工资亦比照同等调幅，由196元调整至205元。全案将由劳动部陈报行政院核定。若经行政院顺利核定，这将是自105年以来连续11年调涨最低工资，不仅象征月薪正式迈入3万元大关，更预估有高达261.16万名劳工受惠。
